Good location for a short stay.
Pros:

Location was good. Especially, for my purpose of running the Delhi marathon, it was a good place to stay. Couple restaurants nearby.

Cons:

Although the facilities were clean enough, the maintenance was not up to the mark. The sheets had a spot or two, the intercom telephone was not working. For the price we paid, we expected higher standards.

Rooms description needs to be clarified.
Pros:

The rooms advertised on Hotels.com are different from what you get. My booking was for "extra sitting space" and and an "outdoor patio" that can sleep three persons. However, the receptions informed me that the extra sitting space was the patio. disappointed on the front. The add needs to be clarified.

Pick some place else
Pros:

The location is great, heart of Lajpat Nagar but that’s the only good thing about this hotel.
The reception is unfriendly, WiFi is slow, and their was a mouse in my room. The reception does not care if you have an issue with anything. Their are cheaper hotels that have much better service. When I told the reception about how slow the internet is they said my phone is the problem but it’s not. They don’t care if you have mouse in your room they won’t change it. The room is more outdated then the picture show. The breakfast is better outside of the hotel.

Pros:

Late check-in was allowed in the CHILLY month of Dec. and also requested for early checkout. I already told a night before that I would check out early in the morning so would require hot water for shower. Next day early morning, as soon I got into the shower, hot water stopped coming after a minute and I have no choice, but have to came out of shower with soap on my body (you bet), called reception, housekeeping many times about the condition. So after half an hour they could able to bring hot water in a bucket. Because of all of this I was late for my work. This hotel is in the heart of the city but not good for staying during winters. Breakfast was okay, not many choices.

Pros:

Hotel is ok but refused to take credit card for balance payment and was charging 2.5% extra. Reson give by them was that amount is small i.e. Aprox Rs.750/-. After little argument he accepted the CC.
Require more cleanliness in wash room.

A no-complaints stay for on-the-go travelers!
Pros:

I stayed here last week to do 3 days of shopping in Lajpat Nagar with family living in C block. It was perfect: cost-wise was relatively cheap, clean, no interference from staff and overall i felt very comfortable, though only came to sleep and two hours in the afternoon for some work. Internet access was good enough to do Skype work/

A nice place by Indian standards
Pros:

This is a nice hotel by Indian standards, but on a global comparison this hotel stinks. Remember that this is Delhi, an enormously filthy city in a wildly overcrowded country. What passes for normal on the streets here would be considered barbaric and crude by most western standards, and what happens inside hotels isn't much different. Don't be fooled by the photoshopped images of the exterior - pollution browns the air, there are multi-storey buildings on either side, and a car dealership occupies the ground floor. There is an elevator, but to reach it, you must first ascend 5-6 steps. The materials used in rooms are nice, but the fit and finish leaves much to be desired. Road noise is constant, and varies from mildly intrusive to completely obnoxious depending on the time of day. Wireless is present, but with weak signal. Toiletries are recycled and toilet paper is scarce. Thankfully linens are clean and without signs of bedbugs or other infestation. Water pressure is adequate, but hot water is very limited. Drinking water is provided. Prepare for a baffling array of light switches. The staff speaks and understands English in varying degrees, from not-at-all to sufficient-for-basic-interaction. Breakfast was freshly prepared.

That said, please refer to my initial comment - this is a nice hotel by Indian standards. If you come with Western expectations, you will be disappointed by all but five star properties, and there you will be shocked by the astronomical prices.
