Zeer fijn en luxe hotel
Pros:

Het is een prachtig luxe hotel met zeer vriendelijk en attent personeel. We hadden een kamer op de bovenste verdieping met uitzicht op de tuin met zwembad en in de verte zeezicht. Het ontbijt- en dinerbuffet was groots en erg lekker. Je kunt heerlijk buiten eten.
Het hotel ligt in een mooie omgeving aan de kust met leuke boulevard.

Sehr freundliches Personal, die Lage war gut, schöner Infinity Pool mit Blick aufs Meer, sehr leckeres und abends abwechslungsreiches Essen, separates spanisches Restaurant inklusive, schöne Hotelanlage

Cons:

Begrenzte kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten, welche auch von den Hotelmitarbeitern genutzt werden. Mindestens die Hälfte der Parkplätze sind kostenpflichtig.
Zimmer war bei der Ankunft dreckig (Haare im Becken, fleckige Bettwäsche, Dreck in den Ecken), sowie Möbel teilweise kaputt. Diese Probleme wurden aber nach Beschwerde an der Rezeption, soweit möglich, behoben. Im Anschluss war die Zimmerreinigung in Ordnung.
Hotel ist allgemein in die Jahre gekommen und hätte eine Renovierung vor allem das Mobiliar der Zimmer und Flure (letzte war 2015) dringend nötig.
Kleiderordnung ist fürs Abendessen zwar vorgegeben, was sehr gut ist, leider wird diese aber nicht überprüft, sodass manche beispielsweise sogar Badekleidung dort saßen. Leider wird sich auf den Balkonen nicht an das Rauchverbot gehalten.
Kein Licht auf dem Balkon.
Die Liegen am Infinity Pool sind alt, extrem durchgelegen und teilweise auch dreckig, diese könnten mal ausgetauscht werden. Außerdem werden Liegen teilweise durch Gäste den ganzen Tag blockiert, obwohl sie gar nicht da sind. Daran macht das Personal leider nichts.
Nach etwa einer Woche lief Abends, kurz vor dem Zubettgehen eine Kakerlake über das Kopfteil vom Bett. Am nächsten Tag wurde das Zimmer aber entsprechend behandelt.

Pros:

Funcionários sempre prestáveis e simpáticos. Fomos com meia pensão e tanto o pequeno-almoço como o jantar tinham buffet diverso. Não como glúten e para o pequeno-almoço havia pão e uma tostadeira exclusiva para pão sem glúten, o que foi fantástico. Toda a comida estava identificada com os alergénios, o que é ótimo para quem necessita dessa informação. O quarto era fantástico, espaçoso e sempre limpo.

Cons:

As almofadas eram altas e rijas, e não havia gel de banho no duche, apenas champô e condicionador, o que não fazia muito sentido. Bebidas não estão incluídas na meia pensão e não vimos esta informação em lado nenhum quando fizemos a reserva. Poderia haver mais opções de bolos sem glúten ao pequeno-almoço, bem como sobremesas ao jantar. Para um hotel de 4 estrelas, poderia haver uma atenção redobrada a quem tem alergias alimentares e fornecer mais opções.
