Perfect place to stay for comfort, location and amenities, value for money 😀
Pros:

Convenient and within walking distances of planned places to see. Close to great eating places. Excellent staff all round, helpful and friendly. Loved the rooftop pool for a swim and the spa & massage after a long walking day.

Cons:

I’m being picky but only thing I’d say is softer bed but that’s a me preference! Plus the breakfast would have benefited from a few more options x

Pros:

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. This hotel has a pest and rodent issue. The restaurant and lobby were fumigated in the middle of the night, the reception tried to reassure us when we returned from our evening out that it was not in guest areas but when we got to our room on the 10th floor the smell of petrol was absolutely unbelievable and definitely didn’t seem healthy or safe. They couldn’t reassure us it was safe to be in the room, couldn’t move us to another room and were generally very rude and dismissive. The receptionist said they’d let us know in the morning if it was safe for us to be in there.. When the room didn’t smell like petrol it smelt like cigarette smoke through the aircon and previous guests smoking in there. Generally dirty. The window in our 10th floor had a very concerning crack in it and definitely was not safe. Beds uncomfortable and positioned up against the wall that rolling over in the night turned on all the lights in the room..

Great location and excellent staff
Pros:

The staff at this hotel are outstanding and really go above and beyond. The rooftop pool and bar are great, the view is spectacular. Breakfast was pretty good as well. The room was clean and TV and bed were massive! Location is very central and an easy walk to most attractions in HCMC.

Cons:

Mattress was a bit firm. The shower wasn’t sealed properly so the entire bathroom floor was wet after using the shower.

Frustrated that the reviews were overstating the quality. We would have gone elsewhere if we had of known.

Very poorly maintained. We had issues with the toilet, lights and shower. All the plumbing did not drain properly. Needed two staff to re-wiring the light fittings in the middle of the night to allow the lights to be turned off. They did lot offer any reduction on price to remediate after the experience. Disappointing all round.
