Kwaliteit niet in verhouding tot prijs: verouderd hotel

Vriendelijk personeel, goede lokatie

Cons:

Een muf ruikende kamer (wel groot), lawaaiig aan de voorkant van het hotel met een drukke straat. De gym was slecht uitgerust, het ontbijt beneden de maat qua kwaliteit. Geen handdoeken bij zwembad en nadat we ze hadden gevraagd alsnog niet gebracht.

Pros:

La chambre propre et bien équipée. L’emplacement est superbe. Le service de blanchisserie efficace.

Pros:

Room was really nice inside and very clean, albeit not much of a city view to talk of. We stayed in a premium room with double city view. Enjoyed breakfast and the rooftop evening bar. Some nice places to eat and drink within short distance from the hotel

Cons:

Pool picture was not representative of what we found eg a tiny pool. Also no shaded seating or water available and so left sooner than we would like to have due to this.

Le personel est très sympa.
Ils sont là pour vous aider surtout les monsieurs qui ouvrent la porte. J ai beaucoup apprécié parler avec eux. Le spa est très bien aussi. Anna, s’est bien occupé de notre bien etre. Un grand merci à elle.

Cons:

Le sol des chambres aurait besoin d’être changé. Les finitions dans la salle de bain mieux fait. Par contre, la chambre est très propre et la salle de bain aussi.

Gute Lage. Das Frühstück ist okay.

Cons:

Die Zimmer könnten eine Renovierung gebrauchen. Die Eckbadewanne in unserem Badezimmer ist nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Außerdem keine Haltegriffe um aus der Badewanne auf die glatten Bodenfliesen sicher herauszusteigen.
Neben dem kleinen Pool gibt es kaum Liegemöglichkeiten. Das ist aber vielleicht bei anderen Stadthotels dieser Kategorie genauso. Da muss man mehr bezahlen um größere Flächen bei 5-Stern-Hotels zu haben.

Très bon hôtel bien situé dans le district 1.
Pros:

La propreté de l'hôtel, le petit déjeuner copieux et le staff toujours très disponible.

Cons:

Le coffre fort dans la chambre qui ne permettait pas d'y mettre l'ordinateur portable.
Un seul ascenseur pour desservir tous les étages.

Pros:

L'emplacement est en plein district 1, tout est a proximité

Cons:

Mauvaise insonorisation de la chambre malgré être au 4eme. Les photos de la piscine sont trompeuses. Le personnel a la réception n'est pas aimable, et ce pendant les 5 jours par contre le personnel de service est au petit soin.
