Location and staff were amazing. Moved my one dirty unsanitary room to a better one after i complained.
The first room they gave me it was extremely dirty and I could smell mold. Mostly due to the poor design of the tub and bathroom water tends to pool in areas where it wont evaporate causing dirtyness and mold. But for the price it is def not a 4 star hotel.
Ubicación estupenda cerca de las calles mas importantes, del Palacio de la Reunificacion, de todos los medios de transporte para poder desplazarse. Las instalaciones muy bien, todo limpio, el personal muy amable y pendiente en todo momento. Dispone de una piscina en la azotea, ideal después de pasear todo el dia por la ciudad. El desayuno de buffet, para todos los gustos.
Un hôtel très bien placé aux chambres confortables et avec une petite piscine en rooftop super agréable après avoir marché en ville . Petit dej très bien aussi. C’est la deuxième fois que je viens. Je ne regrette pas.

Great location and lovely staff
We stayed here for 2 nights and it is the best hotel to choose. It is super clean, has spacious and very quiet rooms, has an excellent breakfast (shout out to great service by Loc), lovely rooftop swimming pool and excellent very friendly and efficient front staff (Anthony and others). All while in the best location in the centre of the city and at a very good value.

The hotel I always like to stay every time I came back to Hochiminh. Good location, good service, good staff… 10/10.

Le personnel était vraiment très souriant et très sympathique. Toujours présent, toujours à l’écoute et prêt à aider. Franchement, rien à dire sur l’accueil et le service, c’était nickel.
La piscine paraît beaucoup plus grande sur les photos qu’en réalité. La terrasse est assez petite et il y a seulement 5 transats disponibles, juste en face de l’ascenseur, de la piscine et du bar, donc ce n’est pas très confortable ni intime.
La piscine ferme aussi assez tôt, vers 22h ou 23h il me semble. Et petit point à savoir : même avec un gilet de sauvetage, les jeunes enfants ne peuvent pas accéder à la piscine en dessous d’un certain âge (environ 3 ans).
Sinon, l’ensemble reste correct, mais certains détails mériteraient d’être précisés.

The hotel is pretty central. The location is good. Breakfast simple but ok.
Very old and rundown. The cleaning is done only on the essential parts. All other things are not getting cleaned. For example the chairs had huge stains of different kinds on it, just disgusting! On top of that, the hotel equipment is very old, a lot of wear and tear on close to all things be it the shower or bathtub.
The pool on top is small and stinky.
All in all, get a different one, the price is noth worth it.
