According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If the minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it will be necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents.
All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents. We emphasize that the contracted daily rate covers a 24-hour period, with checkin from 2:00 PM and check out by 12:00 PM. The interval of up to 3 hours between guest departure and arrival is provided for in MTur Ordinance No. 28 and is intended exclusively for cleaning, sanitization, and tidying of the unit, ensuring the maintenance of our standard of excellence.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Chegamos ao Hotel, assim que entramos no quarto, presenciamos o lençol sujo em uma das camas e muito lixo nas lixeiras, tanto na do quarto, como na Di banheiro. No dua seguinte saímos e quando retornamos às 15:00h, percebemos que o quarto não tinha sido limpo. Como não íamos mais sair, a pessoa responsável pela limpeza disse que não podia fazer com a presença dos hóspedes e apenas tirou o lixo e entregou lençol e toalhas para serem trocadas. Então ficamos até o dia do check-out sem serviço de quarto. Ficamos decepcionados, considerando o valor que pagamos pela diária, o serviço deveria ser melhor
O quarto é espaçoso e confortável, limpo, possui ar condicionado, tv, chuveiro a gás regulável. Cama de casal bem grande. Janela grande com boa vista. Café da manhã tem opções tradicionais.
Não tivemos acesso à organização do quarto, ainda não havia saído à passeio com meu noivo e a camareira bateu na porta perguntando se iríamos querer o serviço do quarto, informei que naquele momento não seria possível, ela respondeu dizendo que era somente enquanto estava naquele andar, não sendo possível realizar depois. Situação essa que foi incômoda e insatisfatória.
Outro ponto, a porta do box do banheiro que fiquei hospedada não fecha, demanda um cuidado maior ao sair.
Cama também não estava tão confortável por estar com pezinho irregular.
Tamanho quarto, limpeza roupas de cama e banho, silencio e estacionamento.
Instalações antigas. Elevadores antigos. Recepcionistas educadas mas política péssima, principalmente quanto ao check-in. Nada flexível. Na oportunidade vários clientes ficaram esperando dar o horário do mesmo, quando chegou, recepção se perderam na ordem de chegada, houve estresse com outros, sendo que, adiantando o check-in em 30 min somente e liberando, evitaria tal transtorno. Quando do check-out, outra barbaridade. Chegamos tarde da madrugada e perdemos o café da manha. Pedimos a possibilidade de ir ate a cozinha e pegar algo para levarmos para comer, (prática muito comum), porém, prontamente negada pela recepção.
