According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If the minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it will be necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents.
All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents. We emphasize that the contracted daily rate covers a 24-hour period, with checkin from 2:00 PM and check out by 12:00 PM. The interval of up to 3 hours between guest departure and arrival is provided for in MTur Ordinance No. 28 and is intended exclusively for cleaning, sanitization, and tidying of the unit, ensuring the maintenance of our standard of excellence.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Gostei da limpeza do local e organização do ambiente!
Chegamos para fazer check-in, no aplicativo booking estava constando que iríamos pagar R$749,00 ao ir fazer o pagamento pagamos tivemos que pagar R$779,00.
Fiz o pix e máquina não emitiu comprovante, mais debitou da minha conta. ( na hora a colaboradora do hotel disse que não sabia se realmente o pagamento tinha sido feito e que iria precisar falar com a Gerência, muito constrangedor para mim que nunca passei por algo do tipo)
Outra situação que me deixou tremendamente aborrecido é que fomos direcionado para o quarto 103, ao chegar no local o mesmo ja estava alugado e com pertences de outro hóspede, eu e minha esposa ficou muito preocupado, pois imagina se o hospede chega ou se o mesmo esta dentro da acomodação.
Saímos imediatamente do quarto e encontramos com uma colaboradora que arruma os quartos, ela ligou na recepção e informou sobre o grande transtorno e nos direcionou para o quarto 307, tive que descer e fazer um novo cadastro e justificar ainda porque iriamos precisar de outro cartão.
Todo ano neste período de junho eu e minha esposa fica neste hotel por uns 3 dias ou 2, este ano tivemos estes problemas e pensamos seriamente em não voltar mais. Espero que estas situações seja ajustadas.

A cama é bem confortável, o edredom também. O quarto estava limpo e era espaçoso.
A tampa do banheiro estava totalmente solta, quase causando um acidente no banheiro. Caiu uma peça dentro da privada. O café da manhã foi um dos piores que eu já vi, não tinha praticamente opção nenhuma o que não faz sentido visto o valor da diária que não é barato.
A localização é excelente! O atendimento muito bom!
O banheiro não estava bem limpo, a tampa da privada péssima, quase me machuquei. Café da manhã poderia ser melhor, assim como os funcionários do café, pois são muito mal humorados e não repõe itens que acabaram
