According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If the minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it will be necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents.
All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents. We emphasize that the contracted daily rate covers a 24-hour period, with checkin from 2:00 PM and check out by 12:00 PM. The interval of up to 3 hours between guest departure and arrival is provided for in MTur Ordinance No. 28 and is intended exclusively for cleaning, sanitization, and tidying of the unit, ensuring the maintenance of our standard of excellence.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Atendimento impecável
Tenho um filho autista que tem seletividade alimentar. Levei os alimentos dele para guardar no frigobar do quarto e perguntei se haveria um microondas disponível para que eu pudesse esquentar. Prontamente a funcionária Sâmela e a gerente Mirian se prontificaram a me ajudar e disponibilizaram um microondas no nosso quarto. Isso fez toda a diferença para que a nossa hospedagem fosse tranquila e confortável.
Utilizei com meu filho a piscina do hotel no dia 09/01 por mais ou menos duas horas e saímos da piscina com partes do corpo esverdeadas, bem como a roupa de banho manchada de verde.
