大浴場もあり、リラックスできました。また利用したいです。
Pros:

熊本空港から近いロケーションとは認識していましたが、Free送迎車が空港から出ていて、ホテルに電話して訊いたら、バス停の在処とその送迎車を利用して来るようにとの助言をいただきました。そのお陰で荷物があっても気になりませんでしたし、タクシーを使って行き来する必要もなく有難かったです。

Cons:

上記に書いた内容を、ホテル予約の際に詳しく説明されていたら、最初から不安がなくよかったと思います。当日、熊本空港に着いてからホテルに電話連絡を入れて初めてそのサービスを利用できることが分かり、前もって分かっていればと思いました。

近くにドラッグストアやイオンなどあって便利。
期せずして露天風呂(笑)

Parking is convenient, with ample spaces available on-site. Breakfast is satisfactory, and the hotel features a small onsen. An Aeon shopping mall is located adjacent to the hotel, offering convenient access to a supermarket; however, it does not include a food court or restaurants.

楽しかった。スタッフの方も親切。
Pros:

他のルートインにはなかった、露天風呂があってびっくり‼️
決して広くはないけど、気持ち良く入れました。
女性風呂は専用のカードキー使用。
他のルートインは毎日相性番号が変わって、
覚えるか、相性番号の紙を持って行かないと入れないから面倒だった。

次回もここのルートインに泊まります。

gwで1人1万払ってこのホテルは最悪でした。
Pros:

店員さんの感じが良かった。
ホテルも清潔で近くの居酒屋も近くて良かった。

居酒屋を利用しましたが、店員さん3人？しかいないのにお客さんじゃんじゃん入ってきていて満員なのに
受付の方がどんどん入れてくるし飲み放題で入って1時間以上料理出てない席ばかりだし飲み放題のジュースも足りないのに3分の1しか補充しないから注ぎ行く度空っぽ、氷もない、周りはクレームばかりで険悪で、、最悪でした。改善すべき点ばかりでした。
