gwで1人1万払ってこのホテルは最悪でした。
Pros:

店員さんの感じが良かった。
ホテルも清潔で近くの居酒屋も近くて良かった。

Cons:

居酒屋を利用しましたが、店員さん3人？しかいないのにお客さんじゃんじゃん入ってきていて満員なのに
受付の方がどんどん入れてくるし飲み放題で入って1時間以上料理出てない席ばかりだし飲み放題のジュースも足りないのに3分の1しか補充しないから注ぎ行く度空っぽ、氷もない、周りはクレームばかりで険悪で、、最悪でした。改善すべき点ばかりでした。

Convenient.
Pros:

Location was good for train station and free bus to the airport with pickup at the station one minute walk away. We used the service to pickup our rental car at the airport.

Cons:

The room had a funny smell and the WiFi kept on dropping out. The breakfast was mediocre quality, but functional.

それなり。
Pros:

スタッフの方は、駐車場案内や必要物のお尋ねにも即座に笑顔で対応頂き、とても素敵な印象をうけました。
ロビーにドトールコーヒーが設置してあるのも助かりました。

Cons:

温泉が狭く、湯船に入っているとシャワー使用者の飛沫や洗髪時のシャンプー泡が飛んでくる。
脱衣所にコインランドリーがあるため、乾燥がかかっていると脱衣所内が暑く感じられた。
脱衣所に、ワイパーモップを置いて欲しい。足元が髪の毛だらけだったため。また、洗面台付近の埃や髪の毛も多かった。

私たちは大浴場以外は最高にゆっくり出来ました
Pros:

朝食は美味しかった
ベットもよかった
コーヒーのサービスも良かった

Cons:

大浴場のシャワーが3つ。少なすぎ。脱衣場もロッカー少なすぎて、脱いだ服など置くとこなかった。
夜のレストランは２時間近く食べ物が出ない客がいて怒っている人があちこちにいた。ちなみに、私たちの食事はすぐ出てきたので満足してます。

スタッフの大変さもわかるし仕方ない事だとは思うが…
Pros:

館内に温泉があった所。しかも露天風呂もあったのは良かったが少し温度がぬるかった。

Cons:

G.W.期間中という事でお客さんも多く、スタッフも対応にあたふたしてる感じがありそれはある程度はしょうがないと思うが、外は悪天候で夕食を館内で摂ろうと思ったが満席で利用を断られてしまい、仕方なく雨風の中外に出たが近くにこれといった食堂もなく仕方なくイオンで弁当を買ってきた。旅行中の夕食がスーパーで売れ残った弁当というのはなんか残念な気持ちになった。さらに朝は出発前にロビーにあるドトールのコーヒーをいただこうと思ったが故障。食堂の方のコーヒーを促されたがそちらも品切れ。しばらく待って持って来ていただいたコーヒーをいただく事が出来たが昨日の事もあり少し残念な気持ちだった。
