No geral o hotel é muito bom. Funcionários solicitos e educados.
Pros:

Cama grande e confortável, lençol de excelente qualidade, muitos travesseiros…
Buffet de café da manhã bem servido e variado.

Cons:

Falta isolamento acustico nos corredores, pois o barulho da circulação de pessoas incomoda quem está dentro do quarto.
No banheiro, falta um espelho de aproximação com iluminaçao adequada p maquiagem ou melhorar as lampadas existentes.
Melhorar a vistoria de manutenção geral, para regular a sinalizaçao de agua quente/fria das duchas, vazamento do box…

A sala de charutos poderia ser 24 horas; assim como do bar da piscina tbm poderia ter horário extendido.

Hotel muito bom, mas me pareceu mais adequado p executivos do que p férias em casal ou grupo, principalmente pela localização, pois a orla/praia apesar de muito bonita cheirava mal e impropria p banho.

Pros:

A localização é ótima, o café da manhã é muito bom.
Equipe muito atenciosa.

Cons:

Tinha muito barulho no quarto, quando o quarto ao lado acionava o chuveiro, principalmente.
Já tinha me hospedado há alguns anos e não lembro de ter tido este inconveniente.

Very good hotel in Florianópolis but a bit oldish for a 5 stars hotel
Pros:

The hotel is located in a very nice neighbourhood of Florianópolis, close to the sea promenade and near to many nice restaurants, bars and shops. It is also not too far away from the old city centre, something like 20 minutes walking.

Cons:

It is a bit oldish for pretending to be a 5 stars hotel. Moreover, the rooftop bar which would be a plus of the hotel for its view was closed during my stay.
