Pros:

Staff very welcoming and friendly always available to help. Service was outstanding. Building located with good views with all amenities within 3 minutes walk.

Cons:

The beach was great but sea water is highly polluted and not safe to swim in.

Todo o hotel é incrível, a piscina, o atendimento no bar da piscina, o conforto dos quartos e também o café da manhã que é fora de sério de tão bom!

O pessoal do vallet arranhou meu carro... Não sei se fazem uma conferência na entrada e na saída, mas, eu só percebi isso na saída, e sei, pelo fato que meu carro havia ido para a estética e feito todos os acabamentos que eram cromados, em black piano, e na saída estava uma parte do parachoque dianteiro arranhada e um friso com adesivo black piano estava bem danificado.

Cons:

O hotel ficou decadente desde a última vez que me hospedei. O serviço de vallet vale a pena conferir os valores, pois por equívoco iam me cobrando 330 reais indevidamente. Comuniquei o caso ao funcionário e pelo booking, obtive resposta insatisfatória, sem sequer pedido de desculpas. No café da manhã recomendo chegar cedo ou não terá lugar para sentar.

Cons:

Móveis antigos, poucas luminárias, o quarto triplo nao tinha mesas de cabeceira entre as camas. Nao tinha nem uma amenidades como café e chá no quarto. Estou muito acostumada a viajar pelo mundo inteiro e já diária deste valor realmente implicaria em mimar mais o hóspede.
