Pros:

Staff is very friendly, and helpfull, room is very nice and bed also very comfortable, nice view.

Cons:

Jacuzzi is very expensive to use, with that price you can add a drink. Breakfast was also very nice, just would have liked to have more milk for morning coffee in the room.
Curtains are not block out so the sun wakes you up round about 7

4 Star boutique hotel deceptive
Pros:

Nice location, the gardens are well maintained and lovely.

Cons:

For a 4 star boutique hotel the room looked dilapidated. The walls have dirty marks and chipped, loose wires at the tv area. Kettle looked dirty inside and scale built-up. Bathroom ceiling looked water damaged, very small toilet too close to the shower. Noisy with roadnoise from the highway just behind the property. Breakfast was included but we skipped it, breakfast area did not look appealing.
