Cons:

Das Hotel ist veraltet, es liegt an einer lauten Strasse, der Garten war ungepflegt. Das Personal am Abend bestand aus einem Nachtwächter und einer unmotivierten Kraft.
Warmes Wasser kam erst nach vielen Minuten aus der Dusche.

Most disappointed
Pros:

The room was nice

Cons:

I booked based on what's on their Website and I called to make sure everything was in order.
I planned to celebrate my birthday there and arrived in Sunday so we could have lunch
I was told they don't serve lunch and we needed to now drive out to eat despite me calling on Friday to verify everything
The jacuzzi we were told that we had to pay R500 for two hours and this as well not stated on their site
Checkout was the latest at 11 and we are told checkout is 10 and if we checkout at 11 we must pay additional
Furthermore there is no security to go you entrance and no security to open when you get back
You get a set of keys and this is a safety flaw iny opinion
It's not a hotel but more a bnb

Pleasantly surprised
Pros:

Touch of old charm and class, comfortable with privacy, secure parking, close to restaurants not that we needed it as we had excellent meals at the hotel. Easy to find, secure area, close to the Mall.

Abbiamo soggiornato al Waterfalls Boutique Hotel di Pretoria e ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene. La struttura si trova in una tranquilla zona residenziale, ideale per un soggiorno piacevole e rilassante.

La nostra camera era in realtà un vero e proprio appartamento, molto spazioso, confortevole e accogliente.

La cena è stata ottima, sicuramente uno dei punti di forza della struttura. Buona anche la colazione per la qualità dei prodotti, anche se la scelta potrebbe essere un po' più varia.

Una menzione particolare va allo staff, sempre molto cortese, disponibile e professionale, capace di far sentire gli ospiti ben accolti.

Nel complesso, un'esperienza decisamente positiva. Una struttura che consigliamo e nella quale torneremmo volentieri

Beautiful and relaxing
Pros:

Beautiful, serene with a lovely garden. I loved the four poster bed and the garden and pool view from my balcony.
The food is also made well and I really enjoyed their cocktails.
