スタッフさんが親切！食事が満足👍
Pros:

私自身、視力障害があり、スタッフさんがエレベーターの押方、部屋の電気、トイレ、テレビ、エアコン空気清浄機セット、鍵のかけ方など一つ一つ教えてくださいました。
朝食バイキング、品数　内容、味噌汁がとてもいい味でした！
快適にすごせました！ありがとうございました♪

My 1st International Trip
Pros:

Location was great. Staff was friendly and helpful. We we able to communicate in spite of the language difference. I felt very safe even though I was one of the few females among many men. My son picked me up every day for us to go out and see /do things. My entire trip was awesome and I picked just the right hotel. Would stay there again if I ever go back. Thanks

Cons:

Nothing I didn't like. Some foods in the breakfast I couldn't eat just because of my limited palate. I'm a very picky eater. But I found enough delicious things to eat.

Pros:

I like this hotel very much. I was there already 3 times. Breakfast including, quiet room, onsen including. I like it very much.
But this time I was not happy that exactly under my window was very noisy construction. I think they need care more about long term guests as I was there 1 week and 99% people only over night.

We had lovely time and the staff were amazing :)
Pros:

The breakfast was pretty good, but my husabnd is gluten free and there was no gluten free bread. This is available in Ashkaga, as we found a gluten-free bread shop which was very good. So my husband could just eat the scrambled eggs and yoghurt. He could not ear much of the Japaneese food as it contained wheat (noodles) or he was very unfamiliar with he Japaneese breakfoast food.

The coffee was excellent. :)
