We mochten niet in de parkeergarage parkeren, er werd gezegd dat hij vol was, omdat wij niet op straat wilden parkeren en wilde annuleren, was er ineens een plek in diezelfde parkeergarage die absoluut niet vol was

J’aurai tellement pouvoir accéder à ma chambre à 23 h 30 en famille. Bien que mon arrivée tardive ait été validée, je n’ai pas eu les codes d’accès. Personne n’a répondu au téléphone ni au numéro d’astreinte. J’ai pris attache avec le service client booking qui m’a remboursé. J’ai pris attache avec le service client Accor et j’attends toujours leur réponse définitive à mon mail. Très clairement cela a été une très mauvaise et traumatisante expérience. A fuir pour ma part.

personnel sympa, hôtel propre.

Cons:

tram bruyant (mais l'hôtel n'y est pour rien), matelas an peu mou à mon goût et deux lits jumeaux alors que j'avais demandé un lit double lors de la réservation.

Pros:

A proximité de mon centre de formation. Accès au tram et le bus pour se rendre a la gare ou en centre ville. Le calme de l hôtel. La gentillesse du personnel.

Cons:

Il n y a pas la climatisation dans l'espace petit déjeuner. En cas de canicule, ca serait un plus .

Très bon séjour .

Le très bon accueil de la personne rencontré en arrivant .Nous sommes arrivés plus tard que prévu, cette personne m'a aidé à récupérer ma clé dans le coffre ,puis m'a trouvé une solution pour le parking ( complet) et que j'avais demandé. Très gentillement m'a trouvé une place . La climatisation de la chambre en arrivant,(mon mari ayant fait un malaise en route) .Le confort douche ,propreté .
