Size of room and view. Good buffet breakfast but you can come off the street and pay 390 bahts ( + 10%service charge +18% vat) if not staying at hotel.
Cleaning ladies and other staff were lovely
No hot water for 3 days. The taps in the bath leaked the whole 4 days we were there and floor continually wet. Told them the first day, a man "repaired"...not.
Drink prices do not include 10%service charge and 18% vat.
Came as a special occasion but left disappointed.

la chambre était fantastique avec sa piscine privée et son bain bouillonnant !
Le service en chambre était correct, le petit déjeuner aussi.
Service un peu (trop) pressant aux bars et restaurant pour faire consommer les gens mais le personnel était très prévenant et sympathique.
La plage est très caillouteuse et a mauvaise odeur à marée basse. L'eau n'est pas claire du tout !
Zimmer ohne Fenster, getrennte Betten obwohl ein Bett bestellt! Billiard wollten wir spielen, keiner wusste Bescheid, keiner sagte dass man das reservieren muss! Beachvolleyball nicht da. Money Change gibt es nicht im Hotel ATM AUCH NICHT

Отель чистый, в хорошем состоянии. Отличный персонал. Прекрасные, разнообразные завтраки. Чистые бассейны. Удобные мягкие кровати.
Небольшие недочеты: свет на крыльце виллы загорается кода вставишь карточку ВНУТРИ виллы - нелогично. Если заселяются 3 человека, должны быть три полотенца, три стакана и три халата. (Персонал все быстро исправил). Халаты могли бы быть поновее.
The room was nice - I had one of the «villa» with private pool.
The bed was comfortable. The aircondition was good and pretty silent going.
Good breakfast.
The private pool area was very outdated and not inviting. No sundbeds, plastic floorings, and in general not taking good care of.
It was all on one level.

Wood decking around the pool which is a conductor of heat and you had to wear something on your feet or you got your feet burnt.

At vi ikke kunne få værelse tæt på hinanden, mine børn blev syge af jeres mad hvilket ødelagde en del dage i vores ferie, at den såkaldte starbucks kaffe kom fra en maskine.

O hotel tem uma qualidade/preço muito boa. Hotel muito bonito, tranquilo e bem arranjado. Funcionários muito prestáveis e sempre sorridentes. A piscina é grande e muito agradável. A praia praticamente privada é muito tranquila os quartos são muito espaçosos e limpos. Gostámos tanto que prolongámos a nossa estadia.
Do outro lado da estrada tem um restaurante muito bom com preços muito acessíveis e um menu infindável. As doses são enormes !!!
Alugámos a mota nesse mesmo restaurante e as senhoras são muito simpáticas .

L'emplacement est top, l'hôtel est les pieds dans l'eau, au calme,
2 piscines magnifiques.
Le personnel est très serviable, souriant et toujours disponible.
Le petit-déjeuner un régal, salé, sucré, un choix fantastique.
Nous avions réservé 5 nuits, nous y sommes resté 7 tellement nous y étions bien.
Plein de restaurants thaï à côté de l hôtel, location de scoot et épicerie
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour
La personne qui s occupe des excursions, location de scoot, pas sympa.
Privilégié les loueurs de scooters directement à koh chang, proche de l hôtel

We loved our stay...breakfast was very good...we had an amazing view from our room,as it was directing the pool and the beach..the location was perfect for us as we had a car..so the fact that it was in a quieter area was a pro.for us..and the bar and restaurant in the eve was very good and not expensive ....as from other reviews i saw people complaining about this.. And there were no ants in the room(again a follow up from other reviews)😌
Nothing.!! would come again 😋
