This hotel wasn’t bad but the room was small, with a small bathroom. It was clean, the beds were comfortable and the location was ok. Friendly staff but no real facilities. It was a budget hotel that was fine for three days, not luxurious in any way but adequate for a short stay. I probably wouldn’t stay again.

Hotel is central. Late check in 3 pm. Check in is on the top floor. No restaurant or room service. Aircon didn't work , room was hot and needed the window open to get some air. Lucky I was only here for 12 hrs before next leg, shower sleep next flight. Would not stay longer.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The moment I arrived, the woman claiming to be the manager (as the main manager was on leave) started shouting and behaving aggressively. She insisted that I had no booking and claimed the hotel’s name had changed from Ibis to Central 7. I showed her my confirmed booking under Central 7 on the official letterhead, yet she refused to acknowledge it.

When I tried to reason with her, she even threatened to call the police for absolutely no reason. To make matters worse, despite the hotel being almost empty, I was given a room on a lower floor. Her behavior was shockingly rude and unprofessional — at one point, she told me I “should know Korean” because I was in Korea, and that she didn’t need to speak or reply in English.

I have never encountered such disrespectful treatment at any hotel. The property itself is very average and far from the main area. Pathetic service — avoid this place at all costs.

The hotel is very well located in the center of Busan. Right at its doorstep is Bujeon Station Subway, which makes it convenient to get around Busan. It is also a short walk to Bujeon bus station. The hotel is a 30-minute Uber ride from Gimhae International Airport, which costs around $10–15 USD. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. On the ground floor, you'll find a Starbucks store, and Busan Citizens Park is only a few minutes away on foot.

Check-in is done at the 17th-floor lobby. We requested a high-floor room for a nice view, and they placed us on the 12th floor, which turned out to be high enough to enjoy a good city view. We booked a Deluxe Room (30 sqm) and I was impressed with how spacious it was. My only concern is that the lighting made it feel a little dim at night. Entertainment options are limited due to the small TV screen and the lack of English channels.

A side note worth mentioning, the building used to be a hospital, and you can still feel that in the design of the hallways, rooms, and bathrooms. It’s not uncomfortable, but you’ll definitely notice the hospital-like layout.

Bring your international power adapters since the hotel only has Type C sockets, but there are plenty of sockets in the room. Additionally, having only one side of the bed with a power outlet can be inconvenient for guests who need to charge their devices. On the positive side, the internet was fast and reliable (50 Mbps download and 60 Mbps upload).

Breakfast is also on the 17th floor and is set up cafeteria-style, which means you might need to share tables with other guests. Still, I enjoyed the variety of food available. My favorite was their “Craffle,” a croissant and waffle mix that you actually bake yourself. It was a fun and tasty experience.

Since there aren’t many Accor hotels in Busan, this was my first time staying at an Ibis hotel. For a 3-star budget hotel, I wasn't expecting much, but it provided good value for money, making our Busan trip more affordable without sacrificing comfort.

If you need to exchange money in Busan, I recommend Moneybox Money Changer at Busan Airport. In my experience, it offered the best rates compared to the others.

We were upgraded due to our Accor status to a corner room on the 15th floor at the end of the hallway. It was generally peaceful except for noisy neighbours who left their doors ajar to allow their travelling companions, located a couple of doors away, to come and go between rooms. We experienced yelling in the hallway and door slamming. It is unfortunate that such groups cannot have adjoining rooms and share room cards to avoid disturbing other guests. After one request they quietened down. The hotel was conveniently located and the air conditioning worked well during a heatwave. The breakfast restaurant was uninviting, set out like a cafeteria with long shared tables.

The staff are friendly and speak English. We had a family room with a double bed and single bed and sitting area with a couch and 2 chairs, so it had good space. The bed was not as hard as other Korean hotels, so I had a good sleep! The room is a little tired, but is adequate. The hotel is next to a Starbucks and markets. There was a small free concert happening at the end of the street (Saturday night). An underground Mall is right outside the door - so this hotel is well located if you want to stay inner city.
