Overall it was a great experience, needed to have more adult entertainment like dancing and country typical dances.

Pros:

Hotel and rooms were quite nice and clean. Food and beverage were very good.
Early January was off season so not crowded. . Hot tubs were cold. Large beach with calm waters. Beach is full of shells and pebbles so wear your sandals. All the staff were very pleasant.

Habitaciones, viejas, con falta de muebles, cafetera sin funcionar, cerradura estropeada y no pude salir, un baño no iba bien. Habitaciones muy viejas, sin servicio de minibar, mala iluminación.

Pros:

Ubicación, el hotel con sus instalaviones bien presentadas armoniosas, habitaciones limpias y las instalaciones de entretenimiento simples pero cómodas para disfrutar en familia.

All very good, except the judgement and respect of management
Pros:

Very nice hotel, good outdoor pools, ocean views from the room. The main dining room, Pacifica, had food that was mediocre for the most part. The rooms are large and clean. The staff was helpful and friendly.
I would have given a 4.5 in terms of stars except for the supreme disrespect in booking a private outdoor party/DJ concert. Even on the 10th floor, till 11 at night, the music was so loud that even with doors closed and curtains drawn, the pounding was still easily audible even though earbud. Forget trying to sleep. This may have been a one off, but to me it is a cautionary tail about the judgement of those who run the hotel.

Fantastic Place!
Pros:

My friends and I had a great time here. All of the staff were kind and helpful. Jahir at the Asiana restaurant was especially accommodating. The activities staff (Giovana, Cielo, Vivian, and Genesis) kept the energy high and were great teachers of the dance classes. The property is exceptionally well-maintained, there is a lot of space to spread out, and the food is excellent. The rooms are comfortable and everything was lovely all around. I also want to shout out Yesenia and Milagro in the Pacífico restaurant.

Relaxing and fun day at Playa Bonita
Pros:

My friends and I bought a day pass here for the all-inclusive portion. It was such a fun and enjoyable experience! Raphael and Maximo at bar Tidac made great drinks and were so friendly! They definitely helped make our day more fun! Highkey recommend coming here even if you just have a day to kill. So relaxing, clean, and such friendly staff.
