The shower. That’s all !!!
Way way overcrowded !!! I’ve never seen so many people in my life. Waited in huge line for 1 hr to get breakfast. Waited in lines to get into elevators. Outside bars at nite were closed at 7.. except 1.. and we got in late so no cocktails for us except inside lobby bar. Huge check out line. No such thing as computer checkouts from room. Ps: buffet ran out of several good items .. the worst hotel I’ve ever seen.
During our visit, I met Maria Brian Aldair. She is the best. She was part of the catering staff. She treated us like family and recommended a lot of local places to visit.

This was my second trip to the Westin Playa Bonita, and it was even better than the first. Nelson took exceptional care of me and my family every request we had, he went above and beyond to make it happen.
We came to celebrate our 20-year wedding anniversary, and when our plans were unexpectedly diverted, Nelson, Ezequiel, and Pao stepped right in and turned it into a moment we’ll cherish forever. I truly can’t express enough gratitude for everything they did for us.

The Hotel is beautiful. The ocean front rooms are nice. The Pacifica breakfast buffet is just Ok!. The Service at Starfish Grill is EXTREMELY slow food is Ok.. not great, The Steak house Restaurant food is Ok. Asisana Restaurant is good. The Oregano Deli is good, The beach is rocky, murky water.( I would not get in the ocean).The staff is freindly. Not much night entertainment. They have karoke in the sports bar, and music is the lounge Bar. The pools are nice..
This place has the most amazing staff everywhere! So many amazing restaurants and the food was fabulous and abundant.
Marilyn Gonzalez took care of us at breakfast and had the most beautiful smile and always happy. She catered to us everyday.

The Westin is a beautiful hotel. The rooms are spacious and the view is amazing. Hostel is clean and maintained. The staff is super friendly. Big shout out to Shanlyn who remembered my mimosas every morning at the breakfast buffet. Room service is 24hrs. If you don’t have the all inclusive package you can pay via cash or card once the food comes. The only complaint would be the location. It’s about 20mins from Panama City via Uber, which is not bad but there’s often a lot of traffic coming from city back to the resort. That can easily turn 20mins to over an hr in traffic. Overall I really enjoyed my stay. I will be back
Went to Tierra Y Fuego and our server Jahir was super friendly and did a great job taking care of us.
Stayed at this resort for a week and the experience was amazing. Food drinks and service were amazing. Definitely ask for Marilyn Yonjaly during your stay . She made sure I was set with good service for breakfast, lunch .
The room had a good view.
The room was fine, it did have a good view. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff at this hotel was not helpful at all. Requests that we had, they made it seem like we were imposing with what we were asking for. You need to teach them hospitality. We had just come from Costa Rica, where EVERYONE greeted us. At this resort, no one gave as much as a hello or good morning unless we said it first.
Communication needs work. We would go to a place to eat only to find that that they would not be open for the day.
Our phone in our room did not work, we had to go downstairs to order room service. We told the staff no one fixed it. We eventually fixed it our selves.
The place needs some work.
It was the locals that told us to not get in the water because it was not sanitary. They said the would NEVER swim there. No one ever told us that.
