When I am traveling for work. Cotulla IHG has been the greatest experience to relax and allow me to get my work done. I enjoy staying here everytime and the staff treats me with the utmost respect I can ask for!
I received the last available room, the employee at the front desk was extremely helpful and very friendly. My stay was wonderful and when back in town for business I will stay here again.
The hotel staff was excellent. They were very pleasant to interact with. My room was extremely clean and very well remodeled. The breakfast was very well prepared with lots of options.

Even though they were remodeling it was still a very nice place to stay. Customer service was great.
Too many kids running up and down the halls past midnight. Some were still running around at 5am. Called the front desk to let them know and nothing was done. Couldn't get a good night's sleep.
Yes it was very close to my job site location. Unfortunately they were under construction and had a lot of construction around. My room was updated and clean. The clocks and tv were not correct on time. Good hot water. Breakfast was lacking. Due to supply truck not arriving they had no meat or sausage. Coffee was out and no hot water for tea at 6:45 am. About an hour later kitchen help found some bacon for us. And got our coffee pot going. The place needs polishing but the hospitality was very nice and I felt safe staying there.

Best hotel around. Very friendly and great service. Havnt stayed in a while and they took care of me when returned. Will stay here every time now.
The hotel is renovating the entire hotel I h hi it a room just been renovated and they put sis themselves. The room was very comfortable and clean. The bathroom was very clean too. The bed was very comfortable along with the pillows. When traveling I recommend this hotel and give this a thumbs up. A 5 out of 5 stars.
Everything was good here. They were starting a remodel but nothing was out of place because of it.
The breakfast started very early which is good for folks that need to head out.
Although the hotel was under renovations, the staff was very friendly and rooms were nice and clean. Enjoyable short trip.
