Good value.

The parking was reasonably easy but very tight in a bigger car.

Only problem was a bright light from the business next door shining directly at the apartment and some consistently loud noise at 3am from there as well.

Lovely, big apartment with a bath and a shower.

Near to the RER station and a short Uber/Bolt from the centre of Paris.

The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and spoke English. They made my stay pleasant and easy, and were always willing to go the extra mile and search the best transportation option.

Not great, small rooms, facing noisy and busy train tracks.

It’s a decent area and the hotel is very nice and clean with comfortable rooms.

Amazing hotel breakfast and rooms that are great for families.

Location- not within the tourist vicinity, about 10 min uber ride to the Eiffel tower, 20 min + to the Louvre.
Amenities-not sure if AC is working coz its warm.
avoid the breakfast, too pricey for its choices.
if you ask for extra blanket or towel, staff will ask why. They also don't provide complimentary toiletries besides built in shampoo & shower gel. They have a store in the lobby, you have to buy it.
Hotel staff- some are nice/friendly. Some are not. I forgot her name but the front desk allowed us for a late check out of 1 pm instead of 12 n.
Over all, I will not stay in this hotel again because of location and its amenities.

Hotel was good, staff were helpful. Booking was messed up but they rectified it for us whilst we were out.
Rooms are handy for families, space is good, separate toilet and washing facilities is helpful when you have four in a room.
Gym was good, roof terrace was nice in good weather.
Transport links are good with the RER just outside, there are also bus links but we didn’t use them. We discovered that uber was more convenient and for only a little bit more when it’s a family of four.
It could be a bit noisy for the train at times and the random 24hr car cleaning area next door.
The area was somewhat ‘lifeless’ as it presented itself as a worker area, I.e. there was several restaurants closed as there was limited people to serve of an evening. That said, there were a number of places in walking distance to eat.

Very helpful and professional staffs. Always ready to help. Hotel cleanliness very good. Easy access to Eiffel tower. Disneyland about an hour 30mins on train from the hotel. We truly enjoyed our 3 nights stay. Thanks to the friendly reception staffs.

Breakfast was great. Lots of variety and plentiful. Til 11 on weekends and 10 weekdays.

Front desk staff super helpful and were able to speak English (our French was limited).

Review based on a 4 night stay with the family.
Location is in a mixed condo / office building area and outside of the 'old Paris' so keep that in mind especially if you want to walk out and have dozens of bistros to choose from. A decent amount of restaurants nearby and within a 10-15m walk.
2 metro stations across the street making it convenient to get around. One line was shut due to construction so we opted for uber and it was usually around 12-14€ to get to the main attractions like Eiffel or Arc.
Room was comfortable, lots of storage area and a safe to use. Bathrooms were clean but would be nice to have a door to shower area vs a curtain. Toilet in a separate room which did have a door. we could not figure out the AC, pretty sure it's all preset and you can't adjust - would be nice as it looked like it didn't kick in until it went above 25 which is a bit warmer than I'd like for sleeping in summer.
Booked daily breakfast as there was a deal when booking. It was ok, decent selection of pastries, bread, cold cuts etc. the hot options were unfortunately only hot on of the days. Too bad as they were good when hot. Not a fan of cold scrambled eggs, sausage.
Staff were helpful for things related to the hotel but when asked about transit they didn't know and didn't offer anything proactively
Gave it 4 stars as 3 1/2 isn't an option. Missing a bit on service, cold food and mildew along shower bottom

Very welcoming staff and a lovely room. Breakfast has a good choice but is a small dining area and can be claustrophobic and a bit chaotic. The on site shop was half empty so we didn’t use it. A good location for the south side of Paris and accessing the Eiffel Tower.
