Zentral gelegen, mit guter Ausstattung
Pros:

Sauberes Hotel und freundliches Personal. Wir haben ein Zimmer hinten raus bekommen und hatten so keinen Baustellenlärm.

Cons:

Leider hat es derzeit direkt vor dem Hotel eine Grossbaustelle. Daher ist der Zugang zum Hotel mühsam.

It was fine for a short stay and the front desk staff was great.
Pros:

The staff is excellent. The room was spacious but bare bones. The bed was comfortable. It lacks a full length mirror and a hook or night light in the bathroom. The breakfast was OK.
If I stay there again, I would bring a night light and a stick on hook for the bathroom.

Cons:

It was close to the airport. It was comfortable. It served my purpose for my one night stay.

I wouldn’t make the mistake of staying here again.
Pros:

The proximity to my son.

Cons:

The pool was not available during my stay, was not on website.
Housekeeping was terrible- stayed a week and nobody ever came to make or change sheets.
Garbage was emptied once.

Always lovely and comfortable.
Pros:

Always a wonderful stay. I go there every month and will continue to do so.

Cons:

Great location for what I need, very friendly and accommodating staff, clean, attentive, will continue booking this facility.

The people are so helpful
Pros:

This is the second time to this property. The check-in person, Brittany was so helpful. She went above and beyond. She was helpful, responsive, communicative and a lovely person. Then I went to check out and Ray was also a pleasure to work with. Comfort Suites picks the right representatives for their properties. The room was clean and spacious, and it is a great location. My new favorite hotel line.

Best Place to stay in New Bern
Pros:

Love the staff. I mentioned that i am allergic to dogs. So they made sure they put me in a room that pets has not been in.
