I really like friendly staff, super helpful and friendly. The choices on breakfast very amazing. Fresh juices, fresh pastry, so many different honeys and delicious birchermuesli. :)
We were staying due to ski race and everything met our expectations. we will return to your place next year again.

Die Anmeldung war eine Katastrophe. Ich habe bei Booking.com ein Zimmer reserviert für zwei Erwachsene und ein Kind für CHF 246, Sie haben aber nur zwei Erwachsene bestätigt. Da man Sie nirgendwo erreichen konnte und das Zimmer aber auch nicht storniert konnte, habe ich ins Hotel angerufen und diese Situation erklärt. Die eine Dame hat das zur Kenntnis genommen, die andere war total gegen uns und bestand darauf, dass ich nur für 2 Personen reserviert hatte und so durfte ich am Schluss noch CHF 60 nachzahlen. Von Ihnen hört man nichts obwohl ich Ihnen geschrieben habe und das Hotel in dem ich seit über 45 Jahren verkehre, hat mich extrem enttäuscht.
