Magnifique endroit !
Pros:

Excellent hôtel, idéalement situé au centre de Bâle, devant la gare et le noeud des transports publics. Tout y est parfait, le confort, les équipements , le personnel.
À recommander vivement pour qui veut visiter la ville quelques jours.

I was looking for a hotel near the station with a bathtub, so that was good.
Pros:

The location is super! Just in front of the Basel main station.

Cons:

- You can hear the sounds of trams.
- Nowadays even hotels in Europe offer some amenities, but almost no amenities. No shampoo, no hair conditioner, just all in one liquid for the whole body.
- The air conditioner doesn’t work.

Cons:

Die Lage unseres Zimmers. Die Sicht ist zwar sehr gut, aber leider beinhaltet das auch das Rumpeln, wenn die Straßenbahnen über Schienenschwellen fahren - und das fanden wir recht störend. Beim nächsten Aufenthalt werden wir um ein Zimmer nach hinten, ohne Aussicht, bitten.

Perfect overnighter between Euroairport and the Basel SBB station.
Pros:

Very easy check in and friendly desk staff. We were arriving late from the airport and moving to the train next morning. We had a nice dinner in the Bistro and left early for a train from the SBB.

Pros:

Wir waren wegen des Besuchs einer Ausstellung in der Fondation Beyerler in Basel und suchten ein Hotel in Bahnhofsnähe mit guter Straßenbahnanbindung. Das Hotel war eine sehr gute Wahl, hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Wir kommen gern wieder.
