最初はひどかったが、フロントの対応に救われた。

RachidさんとMarketaさんの対応は顧客本位であり、紳士的で最高でした。

Cons:

最初にフロントの方に変更された部屋は狭く、ホコリがすごく、掃除も行き届いておらず最悪でした。喉が痛くなりました。同じグレードの一番良くない部屋にされてしまいました。常連なのに。

Schönes Hotel, zentrale Lage am Bahnhof, kommen wieder
Pros:

Zentrale Lage am Bahnhof mit Tiefgarage, die nicht ganz einfach zu finden war. Navi führt direkt vors Hotel, Garageneinfahrt aber auf der Seite. Mit großem Auto gut zu befahren, Mit der kostenlosen Baselcard die wir im Hotel bekommen haben konnten wir Bus und Bahn kostenlos nutzen. Keine langen Wartezeiten, gut getaktet. Frühstück war sehr gut, das Restaurant im vorderen Bereich wie ein Bistro. Essen war gut.
