Professionalità ed empatia del personale. Camere pulite e confortevoli, Posizione strategica dell'albergo. Colazione molto varia e di alta qualità. Le caratteristiche del Bar-Bistrot sono uguali a quelle dell'albergo: la conoscenza di molte lingue, incluso l'Italiano, da parte del personale è un plus.

Nice hotel at great location
Pros:

Loved the firm (foamy) pillows. Good variety at breakfast buffet. Very friendly and helpful staff. Sound-proof walls and windows. Great location next to the train station. We were able to store our bags after check-out for the day.

Cons:

Bathroom was a bit smelly.

Pros:

The room was clean and the bed was excellent. The location is amazing, close to the train station and everything else. The staff was very professional and I felt welcome. I would definitely stay here again. City transport is easily accessible from the hotel.
