Vogue Hotel Supreme Istanbul

Big disappointment, a 5-star hotel only for its location, not for its service.
The room only had a non-working hair dryer...I reported the problem several times, and no one listened!
My hair was left wet.
The New Year's Eve dinner was a complete fake...horrible food and ridiculous quantities!
Never again! Don't let the photos fool you!

It was my first time here at the Vogue. It was a truly great experience.
I would like to thank Ayhan for his great hospitality we even got a room upgrade and slightly later check out. Location was fantastic. Literally seconds away from the hagia Sofia. We will surely return again.

Hotel location was perfect, walking distance to most popular attractions, restaurants and shopping stores.

But we we’re mostly very happy with the hotel staff, everyone was so friendly and helpful.

Enjoyed several visits to Vogue for food and drinks during our stay in Istanbul.
Food was amazing, and along with the drinks, both were reasonably priced.

A wonderful experience at Vogue Supreme Hotel Istanbul!

Our stay at Vogue Supreme Hotel in Istanbul was absolutely fantastic. The hotel offers a luxurious and relaxing atmosphere, beautifully clean rooms, and excellent facilities. The food was delicious and varied, and the entire place radiates quality and great service.

A special thank you to receptionist Ayhan, who was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. He made us feel welcome from the very first day, assisted us with all our questions, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. His kindness and professionalism truly made a difference to our experience.

The hotel’s location is also perfect, close to many of Istanbul’s most exciting attractions, making it easy to explore the city’s culture and history.

We can highly recommend Vogue Supreme Hotel to anyone looking for a top-class stay in Istanbul – we will definitely be coming back!

Room - 4*
The room was very clean and felt spacious enough. However, it is not of 5* standard at all. Missing lot of comfort features such as bedside plug points (let alone lack of USB points) - have to choose to plug in lamp or something else, not both. Air con worked very well and was powerful enough, seemed quite modern and not the noisy type. The bed is quite firm, although we normally prefer firm beds, this did take some getting used to. Pillows were too high but this was quickly rectified. Otherwise there was sufficient room, although not massive. Bathroom would have been more ideal if there was lighting around the mirror. Shower went cold intermittently. However, was very impressed with the shower design in completely sealing the shower so no water leaks out. Make sure you opt for non-smoking room if you don’t smoke as there are smoking rooms, smoke can be smelt in the corridors but did not seep into our room. We did not encounter any issues with our belongings going missing in the room like some reviews but we were careful and did not have significant valuables anyway. Can be noisy in the evening due to bar downstairs but no issue with sleep as music stops early.

General
Lobby area is adequate but small, not too big but some attempt to make it nice. Note that if leaving luggage, there is no luggage room. So suitcases and belongings are strewn all around the reception area (hardly 5* approach). Although we were worried for our belongings, they clearly kept a close eye on this and we did not encounter any issues. No amenities in the reception area such as even water!

Staff - 4*
Over sell of tours and other things at the start at check in but were not pushy. The staff always rectified any issues quickly such as top up of water in room, different pillows etc. Room cleaning was good. Staff were generally helpful when needed.

Breakfast - 3*
Breakfast was a let down and did not have much variety and had limited breakfast items. This was by far not the level of breakfast expected for a 5* hotel - missing fresh orange juice (very artificial), no omelette/other cooking stations such as pancakes etc although could order omelette but it was not well advertised and generally lacking in options all round (did not have standard butter). Looks like there is a lot, but several plates taken up with basic items such as cucumber and tomatoes. Jams and condiments are cheap and not good quality. Very limited options overall. However, did enjoy the menemen which I ate each day with baguette. There are only a few tables indoors.

Location - 5*
Outstanding location, 5 mins walk to Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia, Topkadi, Basilica Cistern and tram stop. Convenient eating street close by too with plenty of options for Turkish food (Ayosofya Kebab House was our favourite). The hotel has a busy and popular bar too offering Aperol Spritz for TL300 and beer for TL195 with complimentary snacking nuts.

Overall
Would recommend this hotel due to the location primarily. Just expect it to be like a 4* establishment to avoid disappointment.

The hotel is beautiful, staff are polite and very efficient. The location is excellent with a beautiful outdoor area overlooking the Sophia mosque. Very central to all transport links. Breakfast was ideal. Can't thank the staff enough for providing transport to the airport when our holiday company pickup didn't arrive

Great Hotel. Super location, closed to major attractions without compromising privacy. Excellent service and great breakfast!!! Rooms are very spacious and super comfortable. I really love this hotel and I will come back for sure!!!

its a nice hotel with very big room for a hotel , i got a room with a view to the mosque that was great ! but at 5:15 am you hear very loud the pray in the church in megafon its sure you cant sleep anymore! staff is not the nicest! and the food is not very good for Istambul!
