Amazing staff working there and location of the place.
Well-preserved but dated facilities (e.g., the toilet was clogged on the first day, and the AC was glitchy).

Good location, I was upgraded and had a wonderful suite. Staff was amazing, Mr O, Bam and Pinpuk always helpful and very kind. Breakfast was good and the staff in the breakfast room very attentive and nice. Good wifi and cleaning was good. The whole stay and my experience of the hotel was the very best.

The air conditioning didn't work from the morning to the afternoon. Hotel didn't offer any alternative or compensation.

Nice building, big spaceous room and great bathroom, excellent staff (receptionists, gate boys, lift boys, bar boys, cleaning staff). Very good swimming pool and sunbeds and poolbar - excellent helpfull bar boy.
Modern but strange A/C controllers. Too small beds for a couple and insufficient blanket in such a huge appartment (70 m2) with kitchen and living room sofa. The breakfast was medium quality: even if you order the food via very nice and gentle waitress from the kitchen, some parts (potato chips, french toasts, …) are not warm but cold, vegetables are not so fresh but dry…not very wide choice of cheese nor hams nor pastries (no buns, any rolls)
Notre chambre était incroyablement confortable (la literie, le salon...).
Le personnel a été aux petits soins pour nous et surtout notre fille ! Merci encore pour les activités de l'après-midi proposé pour les enfants !
Le petit déjeuner est excellent et très varié.
