Suoer Lage mit schönem Zimmer und schlechtem Essen
Pros:

Am besten war die Lage und das Masterbadezimmer.

Cons:

Das Frühstücksbuffet hatte viel zu wenig Auswahl und die Essensqualität war für thailändische Verhältnisse und für ein 5 Sterne Hotel nicht gerade erquickend.

It was my third stay, and I will return again.
Pros:

Quiet and in good location close to expressway. There are many shopping centers in the area. It is safe as it is near a few embassies and easy access to BTS

Pros:

Loved the location! Room was huge and balcony was cozy!
It was very walkable and easy to catch a grab to get anywhere! The room service was delicious! Staff was excellent!

Чисто, уютно, место расположение хорошее, вид из окна

Cons:

Завтраки не вкусные, даже в 3 звезды отелях лучше. Обслуживание не очень приятное. Если вы как и мы выбираете отель из за завтраков в ресторане мишлен, то это будет разочарование. Завтрак по меню, можно выбрать 2 блюда, выбор не особо лучший, порции не большие и самое главное все не вкусно, не рекомендую

Впервые остановились с дочкой в этом отеле. Очень понравилось расположение, прям напротив посольства. 10 минут пешком до Central World. Удивил персонал, очень внимательные, приветливые, заботливые, было невероятно приятно. Так же порадовала чистота отеля. Сам отель в красивом стиле, приятных тонах, уютный и дает ощущение дома. Вид из окна прекрасный, на город. Завтраки по меню, очень удобно, что есть выбор по категориям: те кто любит классику типа Английский завтрак, Азиатский, вегетарианский и сладкий. Порции не большие, но ограничений в количестве не было, дополнительно есть небольшой шведский стол. Все понравилось, будем останавливаться еще!

Cons:

Было несколько моментов, которые были неудобны.
1. Телевизор подключается а YouTube только через телефон. Вызывали мастера, так как не могли подключиться. Мне нужно было включить дочери мультики, но у меня только один телефон и он был мне нужен и она не могла сама выбирать, что смотреть и переключать. Приходилось все время учавствовать в этом процессе. Намучились с ним. Невозможно подключить с другого сайта из браузера никакое кино. Только Netflix, но я им не пользуюсь. Так что кино посмотреть не получилось, к сожалению.

2. В номере были перегоревшие две прикроватные лампы, пришлось вызвать мастера. Видимо перед заселением не проверяют исправность.

3. В 12 ночи трижды звонил телефон. Я брала трубку, но в ответ тишина. Потом на следующий день случилось тоже самое.

4. Одни и те же блюда на завтрак имели разный вкус в разные дни - один день панкейки и вафли были вкусными, мягкими. А на следующий день твердыми и резиновыми. И маленький выбор закусок шведского стола. Хотелось бы большую разновидность всех позиций.
