Pros:

The place is beautiful and comfortable, the staff are very helpful, and the hotel is suitable for families.

Cons:

I didn't like the lack of privacy in the bathroom; there should be a lock on the door. Do not turn on the corridor air conditioner towards the elevator, especially if the elevator is delayed, as it will be hot. The absence of a trash can in the lobby or hotel corridors

Pros:

Staff are very friendly clean rooms good location nice and comfortable reception.

Cons:

Beds need an upgrade as they are not comfortable at all basically you can feel the springs jumping into you back. We struggled dealing with the beds.

Location convenient and room size. Breakfast was also ok

Cons:

I asked for a third bed in the room which was almost like the one of a military camp, small and uncomfortable. Too little effort for a 5 star hotel, I am sorry

It was ok. Could have been really good with some changes. I think I would look to try somewhere else next time.
Pros:

I quite like the location. Away from the hustle and busy but still walkable to a lot of places if you don’t mind a 20-40min walk. I liked it because it was good exercise.
Staff were super friendly so hats off to the team there for their customer focus.
The pool is a good size.

Cons:

Gym is super small with very few items to have a proper workout. No sauna, steam room or jacuzzi which I would expect at a 5 star hotel.
My room smelt of damp. Appreciate it is hard in a humid country but it was a bit off putting.
Had tea making facilities but no milk. I asked if they could bring some up which they did. I then went to make a cup of tea and there was no cup. I gave up and drank it from the milk jug. Just minor but felt a little sloppy. I went to the bar a couple of times but it was empty. Nobody there at all. Not even staff so I went away. When you
Come out of the lifts you see a few odd bottles of champagne but this is the first impression so it should feel somewhat elegant. Looked a bit sad. Not much of an atmosphere at the hotel.

I ordered a special which was a soft drink and club sandwich. It said 199. Seemed like a fair deal.

When I went to pay i was presented a bill for 499 plus tax and service. Apparently the board should have said 499 not 199. You should make sure that is updated as it left a bad impression on me.

Also room service food was quite average. I had a chicken red curry and it was very watery. The seafood cakes came with two sauces both super sweet. The brioche dessert which I expected to be sweet was overly sweet and not enjoyable.

Bartender Krang from orientalbar made one of the best Margarita I have ever had. The cocktail was perfectly balanced, refreshing, and expertly crafted. His friendly and professional service made the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Pros:

Spacious apartment.

Cons:

I had particularly booked this apartment because in the “Facilities” it was mentioned that they have an indoor playground as I was away for a whole day at the hospital for medical checkup and wanted my kids to stay busy. However, upon arrival I was informed that there was no indoor playground. So the information provided regarding this facility was misleading.

There was too much noise from the nearby roads at night, which made it hard to get a good night’s sleep.

Also, the doors in the apartment don’t have locks!
