Was a very enjoyable stay.
Staff were kind and helpful, room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast and coffee were a bit lacking and not so fresh. Otherwise everything was fine.

Our room had used soap in it as well as hair in toilet seat and tub
What we did not appreciate, was not being accommodated for showing up two hours early after driving 650 miles straight. Room fully paid for and ready when we arrived. But we had to sit in our vehicle in parking lot because they wanted to charge us $30.00 to check in early.
There is no elevator, our room was on the second floor, and when we checked out early because my legs could not handle the stairs, they were not concerned and said our refund would be up to expedia because we booked with them. One week later we called them about a refund and they said they did not have to give us a refund because we did not give them 48 hours notice. So they got payment for 2 days that we weren't there.
Entire town was using the pool as a public pool so it was always dirty and nasty. Rooms were full of mold and mildew so much that we got sick.
Fairly clean hotel, needs to be remodeled though.
Staff was nice. Room was decently clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was good. The pool had chemical powder at the bottom that wasn’t mixed all the way, so it was uncomfortable on the feet. Overall good stay for a quick weekend trip to see family.

We just needed a place to sleep mainly. Regency had comfortable beds and the room was very clean. We had no problems with noise or anything. We have family in the area and were happy to find this place. We will be back!
Hotel is the only hotel in Stilwell Ok small town. Nice enough for price. Furniture is outdated. Chair in my room had a rip down the arm. However bed was clean and comfortable and room was dark when you turned the lights out lol.
This was one of the cleanest hotels in which I have ever stayed. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was great. I will stay there again if I am in the area.
Our stay was great. Room was really nice. Bed was totally comfortable. Shower had amazing hot water. We had a sliding window in our room. It was nice to open and get fresh air. Fridge worked great.

There was supposed to be two queen beds. They were full size and very uncomfortable.

Our stay was excellent. The staff is so friendly and accommodating!! Our room was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was very good. The ladies that provide the breakfast kept the area clean and the food filled.
The sheets had blood and dirt on them as if they was never washed. And the steps going up to the second floor had so much filth on them. Just a horrible smell and place. Personally opinion it should be shut down and deep cleaned
