Pros:

The service was terrible. The staff was rude while eating breakfast. We were followed around by one of the staff members who kept asking us where our tickets were for the food. The staff wanted to know did we leave an inattendant plate on the counter? We did not, but she should not have asked us she should have just removed it. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone aside from being rude and unprofessional. It’s under renovation and we had to move our seating because-they claim they weren’t utilizing that area.

Convenient location to get to landmark locations in Atlanta. We’re thinking of using them again for a possible trip to S
Pros:

Great location with a Marta (train) station in walking distance which made it easy to get to my destination and not worry about parking.

Cons:

Some of the furniture was a bit worn. The desk chair leather was peeling and there were wear marks on the love seat.

Cons:

The hotel itself was good, and we chose it because it was close to the airport after our flight was canceled.

However, this is where the problems started: obtaining an invoice for expense reimbursement turned into a frustrating experience.

When we checked out, we asked for an invoice and were told that it would be sent to us by email. After not receiving it, we contacted the hotel again, only to be told that we had to request it through Booking.com. Booking.com then redirected us back to the hotel.

This lack of coordination and responsibility between the hotel and Booking.com was very frustrating and left us without the invoice we needed. Overall, a disappointing customer service experience.

Pros:

Nice hotel with easy access to the airport and the downtown. Just a few minutes walk to the train station and then 1 stop train ride to the airport. There are also a few restaurants close by. The staff are polite and helpful. There is also a shuttle to the airport (domestic terminal).
