Pros:

Everything was good if there is one thing I would say that’s negative is the shampoo,soap and conditioner does not smell good at all. It smelt like fingernail polish remover very unpleasant. I would look into a diff product line.

Wait to stay until the renovation is done
Pros:

Close to the airport and part of the IHG group which we like. But, what they do not tell you is that the hotel is a little run down. The restaurant is not fully available because of remodeling and renovations. Limited menu and plastic silverware. While the linens and bed are nice and our room is clean, the window seals have failed so you cannot see out, the curtains are kind of in shreds. The staff is very pleasant and the bartender is very nice. But, I think they should just shut the place down and get the renovation done.

Needs some TLC
Pros:

Stayed here on a layover. Thought we’d use this hotel as restaurants within easy walking. They don’t pick up from the international terminal, so that’s chewing on with the bus from terminal to domestic or getting an Uber!
Rooms are tired and dated and need a good clean. Lots of stains on walls and furniture .

Bar service depends if the bar tender can be bothered to get off here phone to serve you! Believe me she doesn’t rush!!

Breakfast quality is poor. Food seems like it stayed there for a while.

Personally, I’m not returning! IHG you can do so much better!!

Simple but comfy stay, especially when in a rush.
Pros:

Accessible easily either by free shuttle or transit in 10 minutes ride. Spacious bedroom. Friendly staffs.

Cons:

저는 가족을 위헤 조식에 대한 돈을 지불했지만 조식을 먹을수가 없었다.
물론 크리스마스 전날이어서 준비가 안된다고 했다.
당연히 환불이 진행되어야 하지만 환불을 받지 못했다.

그리고 주차도 원활하지 못했다.
또한 야간직원들도 원활하지 않았다


내 생각에는 3명의 조식을 환불해주어야 한다.
