Tamarind Beach Bungalows

Naja, wir hatten ja die Bewertungen vor der Buchung gelesen und hatten jetzt keine großen Erwartungen, aber einige aus unserer Gruppe sind schon an ihre Grenzen gekommen und wollten am ersten Tag gleich wieder abreisen. wir haben dann doch eine Woche durchgehalten, aber man muss schon mit einer verfaulten Einrichtung, Kakerlaken, Holzwürmern, Muff und vielem anderen Getier umgehen können. Hier heißt es durchhalten und lieber in die schöne Gegend fahren.
Das Personal ist wirklich super nett und hilfsbereit, kann bei dem schlechten Zustand der Anlage aber auch nicht viel ausrichten. Frühstück, sehr spärlich (1 Pancake)- wir sind dann woanders hingegangen.
Fazit: Nur für Leute, die nicht zimperlich sind!!!!

We lucked out staying here. The property is older, needing a bit of upkeep. But as far as the rooms go, they were great, the bed was comfy. We had a beautiful view of the sunrise and the ocean. The pool lounges were comfortable and rarely full. The staff were so friendly and helpful, arranging trips and tours for us. We would recommend staying here if you are looking for a relaxing holiday.

Værelset var beskidt og kun overflade rengjort.. armaturet på badeværelset sad ikke fast og det var rigtig beskidt undt om vasken.. faktisk hele badeværelset generelt var ulækkert.. der kom kun to små stråler ud fra bruseren som gjorde det umuligt at tage et bad..
så man skulle stå i det ulækre badekar og forsøge at skulle sig..

Der var også pletter på langerne og de kom ikke og gjorde rent eller skiftede håndklæder..
poolen var også klam og vi brugte den ikke fordi den var beskidt.

Great Villa, perfect location to Kuta town centre with a 5 min walk. Reception super helpful with anything. Arrange driver to the apparent and our next stay. Swimming pool was a great addition. Villa well presented and just like the pictures. Would highly recommended.

Definitely a budget hotel, food was good , breakfast which was included, consisted of a single egg omellette or scrambled and 1 slice of bread, pretty average stuff, No tv , which is a good thing, unlessyou want one. No fridge. No glasses or coffee and tea facilities, no housekeeping, no hot water on first day. This place has huge potential with investment and some care. The first thing you notice is how run down the reception and restaurant area are. But it was a budget hotel. If bohemian is your thing , it is quaint.

Le lieu est sympa car au bord de mer mais les bungalows sont vieillots limite propre très spartiate.

Our few days here made the entire holiday to Bali worth it. Don’t go here if you are a snob. Backpackers delight. Clean, safe digs with air con & breakfast too. Who needs hot water anyway?? We travelled with our 2 teenagers & our biggest regret was not booking longer

Can rent a scooter for the day or more so it was really nice.

Quiet hôtel, 5 min walk to Mushroom Beach and many warung, boutique and my faborite place for good ice latté. A/C worked very well. No hot water, but with this hot temperature who would want a hot shower?!

Cute rustic property in great location however lack of fridge and top sheet in the hut was very disappointing

Horrible experience!!!

Staff tried their very best to make you feel welcome- 2 young men are there from dawn to dusk. Property in need of upgrade- just getting very tired. Towels, sheets etc need to be replaced as they are old, and the rooms aren’t cleaned during your stay. Small water provided on first day but no replacements.

Around hotel was not clean and smell.location was end of street and bit far to the beach.
Breakfast was included but not enough…as better than nothing.

We bought return boat ticket but it was open ticket and did not know we had to book a departure time one day before but we booked in the morning of departure day by hotel staff.

Hotel staff said booking was okay so that we checked out hotel and went to the port but staff of boat company told us that it is fully booked today and next one will be tomorrow morning…….we already checked out hotel and it was 4pm….

Fortunately, we could find a available seat other boat company but paid almost same amount as return ticket.

We didn’t get daily room cleaning or fresh water and the safe wasn’t bolted down.

Other than that, the place was really cute and clean enough.

Great price great property great staff great location I would definitely stay again

The location was great, however, the online photos did not match with reality. The hotel is in a state of severe disrepair, but it does appear the they are slowly making attempts to fix areas.
