Great levels of service and friendly staff. The hotel is in a good location and having an outdoor pool is a distinct bonus.

Great location and friendly staff
Pros:

Older hotel, but nice beds and nice breakfast. Pool looked nice as well. Rooms seem to be undergoing renovation. Door/bell staff very friendly. Great location near mall of Mysuru and zoo.

3日間泊まって毎日バーに行ったが3日目にビールがキングフィッシャーのものはないといわれた。ぼくが飲んでいただけだがなぜビールの在庫がなくなりかけたら補充しないのか不満である。前日の2日目も3本目の注文ではさがしわかったのかなかなか出てこない。あまりにお粗末

Excellent staff although the front desk staff could be a little more friendly. The security staff, the doormen, the restaurant staff, the in room dining staff and the housekeeping staff were all very friendly.

The security staff, the doormen, the restaurant staff, the in room dining staff and the housekeeping staff were all very friendly. Our first 2 nights in a suite room were great. When we moved to a regular room after 2 nights, we had a very noisy neighbor above us all day and night. Front desk staff said they would move us to a different room after the first night of not being able to sleep (security staff tried to ask the noisy room to stop making disturbances). The front desk employee told me she would move us but then never contacted us to move.

Overall condition is ok. But only bathtub in bathroom. No space for bathing. Staffs are courteous. Area is ok.

The electric power faciity behind the building caused large noise all day long.

The dining is quite good though.

The room seemed a bit old (doors have scratches).
