Très jolie hôtel, bien placé et bonne nourriture
Pros:

Restauration très bonne et variée avec un service à table. Emplacement idéal pour un bain à l’océan. Le personnel parle français un vrai plus.

Perfect hotel, staff not good
Pros:

Rooms were nice and big, breakfast was lovely, beautiful hotel!
Shame about the staff, would not recommend.

Cons:

Got given 3 different room keys until it worked so took 1 hour to check in and get to my room.
When I went for breakfast I got told that it was not open yet and they told me to go to the bar and I could get a coffee there.
The guy serving coffee there was really rude to me and he made me feel like I shouldn’t be there.

Paradise? Hmmm
Pros:

Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner was buffet style and had a huge selection, the 'locally produced' wine left a LOT to be desired though, unfortunately!
The rules around placing your towels on sunloungers need enforcing as some guests were out there easily by SIX o'clock, reserving their own little slice of pool life....jokers!
The staff were really attentive, and for the most part looked like they enjoyed their jobs....the groundworkers especially!
The Canarian restaurant is worth a visit, but again, is just another buffet service.
