Mejorable.
Pros:

De lo mejor que encontré sobretodo fue el personal, la gente súper amable.

Cons:

La comida realmente era bastante mejorable, la ducha no funcionaba, entonces o salía el agua muy fría o muy caliente y pedimos que lo revisaran pero no lo hicieron, no dejaban toallas limpias por las mañanas entonces teníamos que llamar a pedirlas, hacía muchísimo frío en la habitación y tampoco habían sábanas. Y luego, el restaurante de comida asiática, era incomible la comida sinceramente, el peor sushi que he comido en mi vida.

Osoblje je bilo jako pristojno i prijateljski raspoloženo .Sobe su velike ,udobne i čiste.Lokacija je dobra .Od sadržaja ima stolni tenis,biljar,teren za košarku i nogomet,2 terena za tenis,teren za odbojku na pjesku ,boćalište i još par stvari.Fali unutarnji sadržaj kao biljar stolni tenis ili nešto jer tamo uvjek puše .

Cons:

Htjeli smo biti u glavnom djelu gdje su sva događanja čak i prilikom rezervacije smo to zatražili ali pri dolasku na naš zahtjev nismo to dobili.
Prilično je daleko za hodati od jednog do drugog djela
Bar u mirnijem djelu se zatvara u 18h pa ako ste na bazenu morate po piće skroz u glavnu zgradu.

I would recommend this hotel to everyone, and i would definately return great value for money
Pros:

Rooms were great, food was excellent, great variety, drinks were lovely, very much enjoyed the cocktails. Entertainment very good also, i honestly cant fault the place.

Cons:

I must say i do prefer adult only hotels but to be honest there wasnt too many noisy children around. I stayed in the 2nd building so had the long walk from reception to my room, i dont mind the walk i enjoy walking but it was quite eary in the evenings i wouldnt like to do that walk on my own. I didnt notice any cameras in the hallways which i think would be beneficial and make people feel a bit more safe.

personale gentile e disponibile ,tutto ben organizzato dal check-in (siamo arrivati tardi quindi la cucina era chiusa ma hanno organizzato uno spuntino) ,anche in fase di check out ( lasciato l'hotel alle 16,30) abbiamo potuto usufruire di tutti servizi.
