Paradise? Hmmm
Pros:

Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner was buffet style and had a huge selection, the 'locally produced' wine left a LOT to be desired though, unfortunately!
The rules around placing your towels on sunloungers need enforcing as some guests were out there easily by SIX o'clock, reserving their own little slice of pool life....jokers!
The staff were really attentive, and for the most part looked like they enjoyed their jobs....the groundworkers especially!
The Canarian restaurant is worth a visit, but again, is just another buffet service.

Good value for money!
Pros:

Inside our room , the space was generous and bright. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, making for a great night’s sleep.

The pool areas were large, clean, and well maintained, with plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas available.

Cons:

The food was generally good, though the options didn’t vary much from meal to meal. While the meats and fish changed, the rest of the selection remained mostly the same

The alcohol selection was disappointing, with mostly low-quality, second-tier options. The beer was drinkable, but the rest was largely undrinkable

Promised a lot but flattered to deceive
Pros:

Breakfast, lunch and dinner options were very good. Location was great while the gate to the promenade remained accessible with keycard.

Cons:

Riu app allows customers to provide feedback only to be ignored, brought the issue of poor quality, cheap all inclusive beverages to reception attention only to be ignored. Dining areas and bars were like an airport waiting area with no ambiance, depending on the time you chose for dining was uncomfortable with the volume of people. If you didnt return to the hotel by 11pm the keycard accessible gate was locked meaning a 2km walk to the main hotel reception. Room was also 600m from reception. Luggage storage room was not secured.

Pros:

Second stay as a solo woman at the Riu Pariso. The hotel takes great care and attention to cleaning. The staff are friendly and helpful. Hotel is an ideal location for me to walk to Puerto del Carmen or Matagorda. If you don't enjoy walking the reception will call you a taxi.

Excellent, an enjoyable stay
Pros:

The food was excellent, always hot and fresh with plenty of choices.
Pleasant decor and ambience.
Plenty of sun beds for everyone.
Beautiful gardens.

Cons:

Noisy at times, it’s a large hotel.
The entertainment in the bar wasn’t advertised so you didn’t know if it was going to take place.
Some food items weren’t labelled correctly or at all.

We had a wonderful, enjoyable stay, cant wait to come again.
Pros:

I would highly reccomend this beautiful hotel. The staff, food, bedroom, entertainment , facilities were all wonderful.

Pobyty uważam za bardzo udany, dobra lokalizacja, przemiła obsługa, przepyszne jedzenie, godny polecenia.
Pros:

Hotel Riu Paraiso Lanzarote jest jak najbardziej godny polecenia dla wypoczynku zarówno dla rodzin z dziećmi, jak i dla dorosłych. Niezwykle urozmaicone posiłki, przepyszne śniadania i wieczorne posiłki, pyszne restauracje À la carte. Niezwykle urozmaicone wieczorki tematyczne dla dzieci jak i dla dorosłych, również w ciągu dnia. Przepiękne ogrody i sceneria w hotelu. Małe zastrzeżenia co do mieszkania zostały natychmiast wysłuchane i zmiana na apartament o wyższym standardzie w ramach rekompensaty. Obsługa hotelowa zawsze pomocna, pokoje sprzątane codziennie. Bardzo miło wspominamy nasz pobyt i z pewnością kiedyś wrócimy.

Małe zastrzeżenia co do jakości mieszkania w ( bungalow), odpadająca farba ze sufitu.
