I WAS SO DISAPPOINTED AS I PERSONALLY CHOOSED AND BOOKED THIS HOTEL FOR MY DAUGTHER/SON AND WIFE AS IT IS VERY NEAR TO UNIVERSITY OF STO.TOMAS WHERE MY DAUGTHER HAS ENTRANCE EXAM,YOU WILL TOTALLY HEAR THE NEXT ROOM DOING ADULT THING. ROOMS ARE NOT SOUND PROOF, NOT RECOMMENDED IF YOU STAY WITH YOUR FAMILY SPECIALLY WITH CHILDREN.
EVERY THING YOU NEED TO PAY IN THIS HOTEL..
MY WIFE REQUESTED BREAKFAST BOX (0500AM) FOR MY DAUGHTER AS SHE NEEDS TO BE IN THE UNIVERSITY BY 0700AM, 0530AM BREAKFAST STILL NOT DELIVER AND WHEN MY WIFE CALLED THE RECEPTION THATS THE ONLY TIME THE STAFF TOLD THAT THEY WILL ARRANGE AND DELIVER.
DURING THE BREAKFAST THEY DIDNT ALLOWED MY SON (10 YRS OLD) TO ENTER THE CAFETERIA UNTIL MY WIFE PAID 200 PESOS EVEN SHE TOLD THE STAFF HER WALLET IS IN THE ROOM AND THEY CAN CHARGE HER LATER AS THEY HAVE 1000 PESOS DEPOSIT, STILL THE STAFF NOT ALLOWED THEM TO ENTER UNTIL THEY PAID.
DURING CHECK OUT IT TOOK ALMOST AN HOUR BEFORE THE STAFF CLEARED THE ROOM AND GAVE THEM BACK THE 1000 PESOS DEPOSIT

Hôtel situé dans un quartier très bruyant le jour et la nuit. Moins sécurisé le soir.
Au début on nous a attribué une chambre sans fenêtre avec une odeur d'humidité. Mais apres réclamation, on nous a donné une autre chambre avec une tout petite fenêtre.
