Walang akong free food during my stay. I just hoping na may free breakfast palagi.
I want only to suggest....Every room must have free drinking water, toothbrush and toothpaste, coffee, sugar and cup and electric kettle in every room . I always like to stay in Red Planet only these things I want to suggest to have in every room. Thank you
The accomodation is worth it the price especially the location.. It is walking distance to Ayala and Metro, The grab can easily locate the area- it is accessible. Aside from that it is near eatery if you are short on budget ot just wanted to eat home made filipino food. The staff were friendly and accomodating, we had a problem with our door lock and she called the maintenance right away to fix it. Cold aircon with fan, hot and cold shower is working good, hair blower is working good as well and the bed is comfortable to sleep in. I will surely book this place again if come back for a short visit in Cebu.
It doesn't have mini refrigerator.
We chose the hotel for it's proximity to Ayala Center - it was great to just walk over to one of the biggest malls in Cebu and not worry about traffic. The room was small, but clean, and their wifi was readily available.
The room was just a little too tight for our comfort; there was not enough space around the bed to put our shopping bags, etc. They had to make use of every little space and corner to put up the dryer, the extra towel rack, etc. I felt claustrophobic going through the hallway, it was just so narrow ( and I only weigh 140 lbs.).

I asked to change my dates due to a visa delay. The hotel agreed but didn't update the system. Booking.com support did nothing. Their support is terrible.

There was a 7-Eleven directly next door. That is literally the only positive thing I can say about this property.
Thank God for Booking.com. When the hotel would not properly resolve the situation, Booking.com reviewed what happened and issued my refund. Their customer service was the only good part of this experience.
As for the property itself, there was a 7-Eleven directly next door. That is honestly the only positive thing I can say.
What didn’t you like about the property?
The pictures online show what this hotel apparently wishes its rooms looked like. They do not show what I actually walked into.
The flooring beside the bed was cracked, peeling, and lifting in sharp pieces. I was genuinely afraid to walk around barefoot because it looked like one wrong step could cut my foot.
The walls may once have been white, but they were no longer white. They had become a brownish, yellowish, dirty off-white, as though years of grime and whatever the aging air conditioner had been circulating had slowly changed the color of the room.
Then there was the smell.
The bathroom looked reasonably clean at first glance, but the odor coming from it made the room smell as though a sewage-treatment facility was directly underneath the building. The entire space felt stale, dirty, unhealthy, and trapped in years of neglect. It smelled as though the building had been abandoned after a disaster and then reopened without being properly restored.
I initially went back downstairs and asked whether they had another room that actually looked like the one advertised online and had been properly cleaned. I was told, “No, that is our best available room.” That answer told me everything I needed to know.
Still, I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. I told myself I only needed somewhere to sleep and went back upstairs.
Within minutes, I realized I was taking shallow breaths because the odor was so overpowering. At that point, I knew I could not stay.
I went back downstairs for the third time and told them clearly that I would not be staying.
Good location near Ayala mall and House of Lechon
Low price
Small rooms, bathroom sink faucet was loose and the water pressure was low
