I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
Pros:

Absolutely amazing. The location couldn’t be better if it tried. This hotel was quaint, safe, beautiful, and affordable. I loved my French windows that opened up to a view of the iconic canal and bridge.

Disappointing, dirty and overpriced.

The hotel was not at all like it was described or pictured on booking.com
Dirty, old and dated. 'Spa' was a big bath in a warm dirty room. Our room door was left unlocked by staff during our stay. We were woken up both nights by the staff making noises putting the breakfast plates out. Really disappointed by the hotel on what was suppose to be a very special trip.

Très confortable
Pros:

Le confort et le petit déjeuner

Cons:

Les escaliers très étroits, l’absence de parking (apparement j’avais une place mais qui a été prise par un non client), l’absence de bagagerie fermée à clef et les portes de douches qui ne se fermaient pas correctement.

Pros:

The staff were extremely helpful, from the minute we got to the train station in the dark with no internet service (no way to get an uber or read our map for the short walk to the hotel), they called us a cab. They helped with a room change due to street construction noise and are very well set up to accept ski rentals and set us up with ski passes. The room was really nice why a view of the mountains. The location was great if you want to be right in town.

Cons:

The hotel has two entries and one was extremely icy to traverse. There's no elevator so be prepared to walk your bags up narrow stairs.

Pros:

La responsable a trouvé une solution quand je suis descendue dire que la chambre initiale n’était pas du tout adapté à ma maman, elle nous a surclassé j’ai trouvé ça très professionnel car le réceptionniste au départ m’a dit qu’il n’avait aucune solution.

Cons:

Payer le parking à l'extérieur en plus de l'hôtel. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas un forfait car l'hôtel n'a pas de place.
