Pros:

La situation de ce établissement en plein centre de la ville est particulièrement appréciable. Vous sortez de l'hôtel et vous être dans la zone piétonne. Le personnel d'accueil est très professionnel. Les équipements annoncés (SPA) sont réellement accessibles et de bonne qualité.

Cons:

L'accès au parking devant l'hôtel nécessite la traversée de la zone piétonne. Ce n'est pas insurmontable. Il existe une très bonne alternative avec la proximité d'un grand parking couvert (très sympa lorsqu'il neige) qui est à quelques pas (moins de 5 minutes à pieds) de l'hôtel. Ceci dit, il est impossible d'être en plein centre avec tous les avantages que cela présente sans avoir cette contrainte.

Great location, beautiful views from the window, tasty breakfast with many homemade items like jams and yogurts, staff were very helpful and friendly , parking in front of the hotel

Cons:

Our room and shower were very small, locks on the door were noisy when people were entering or exiting, steep & small stairs. Jacuzzi was like warm

Disappointing after being loyal for many years to her such a smelly noisy room

Great location. Nice staff

Cons:

Room was beside corridor at stairs so lots of noise. Staff need to tell guests to be quiet.

Worst part was a bad smell from the toilet and shower in the room. Really bad. No chance to change room. Staff gave me 10% back but that was really unacceptable. Stayed here maybe 12 times in all and will probably not go back.

Awesome place and even more awesome stay! Boutique style hotel, small rooms but a great place.
Pros:

Location was excellent, however the staff are what truly make this place special. So very helpful and accommodating for our group of 11 skiers!

Location and reception staff were superb. Communication in the build up to the visit was great too.

Cons:

I am 6ft 3in tall and the sloped ceilings in the bedroom meant the room was uncomfortable. Not having a stand up shower was really disappointing.
