Pros:

The front desk clerk a younger guy, wasn’t very helpful. He sent us across the way to park in a parking garage when we got to the garage. It only allows us to put our credit card in so when we got back, I told him so we could get a validate and he told me I would have to call the parking facility. The next morning, an older gentleman working at the front desk, told me that was not the case and gave me a code. The toilet was running the entire night so that was annoying. When we got there, we wanted a little bit of coffee, but we had the coffee out, but it had run out and no one refilled it. I just didn’t feel like they really cared that we chose them to stay. So next time I will go somewhere else.

Pros:

O café da manha é muito fraco, quase inexistente, prefira ir tomar em outro lugar. Se puder negociar um preço melhor sem cafe da manha, não vai perder nada. Ovo mexido de pacote e waflles. Café horrivel.

Cons:

Não tinha papel higienico no banheiro, pedi e trouxeram dois rolos. Tinha uns panos sujos no banheiro cuando cheguei no primeiro dia. Os travesseiros podiam ser melhores. No quarto não tinha cofre de segurança.

Better for a couple than kids or business
Pros:

So comfortable in that queen bed, room was spotless and front desk guys/gals/other aimed to please.

Cons:

25$ for parking in the garage tho? West Chester isn't Manhattan and the price of the room SHOULD include parking. There's a5$ a night option across the street but we stayed in a blizzard!

The location was perfect for our trip. The staff at the hotel, front desk, housekeeping, bar and breakfast were all very friendly and helpful.
