Pros:

The front desk staff was very helpful! Beds were comfortable and the hotel was nice and quiet.

A great choice for a visit to West Chester and the area.
Pros:

Room was spacious and clean. Very comfortable for a 4 night stay. There was a little fridge and microwave allowing us to keep drinks and a little food. We had great housekeeping service daily without having to ask which seems to be the new trend. The location is awesome as the town itself is charming and has so many restaurants and shops all in walking distance. Easy parking for $5.00 across the street with hotel validation. We could hear the people around us walking around above us but not in the rooms adjacent. Good black out shades.

Cons:

I believe this is our fourth stay here and the only complaint we have is the breakfast, but in fairness it is similar to many other hotels we have stayed at that offer a "free" breakfast. I did notice a gluten free cereal option and almond milk. I knew this coming in so I brought my own things which I was able to store in the mini fridge in the room. Expensive on site parking.

Always enjoy our accommodations
Pros:

Breakfast eggs and sausage were cold. We have stayed at the Hotel Warner at least 16 times because we once lived in town. I wish you could give us a great rate because family has no extra room for us and therefore we always have to pay for this hotel, which we choose all the time. Retired and could use a better dollar amount.

Cons:

Front desk didn’t know the address of the hotel for the UPS delivery. Why didn’t she know?

This was a great place in a very good location perfect to explore West Chester!
Pros:

having to pay for parking was annoying but having a different option across the road was ok.

Cons:

The pool was too small but I guess nice that there was a pool. I didn't find the staff that overly friendly.

We enjoyed the stay so much that we are planning a return visit.
Pros:

WE had only one problem, the toilet tank made noise when sat upon. it should be checked before an accident happens.
Our reservation said there was free parking but we had to use a parking lot 2 blocks away.

The location was incredible. The room was large and very accommodating
