The renovation work is going on but the hotel people did not tell us in advance, it is not good that you hide the facts from a regular customer

standards have deteriorated drastically, best avoid this hotel
Cons:

rooms are very ill mantained. We checked in and found that the water supple to the bathroom was not working. We had to shift to another room at 11 pm. In the morning, we found out that the second room also had problems with the water supply. madhuban used to be a great hotel, but the standards have deteriorated drastically after changing hands. It was a very unpleasant experience.

Property need to be upgraded it’s a very old Hotel but it seems that property required a huge renovation
