Pros:

Breakfast was really good, many options to choose from. The location was pretty good, close to lots of restaurants and bars

Cons:

The only bad thing I can remember is that during the night sometimes you get a lot of noise from downstairs. Probably because it is close to the Bui Vien Walking Street where you have all these pubs, bars and others.

Nous sommes arrivés la chambre était très sale avec des cheveux sur le sol dans la douche et même un cafard que le rebord de la baignoire de plus les draps et serviettes étaient sales.

Nous sommes directement monté à la réception pour changer de chambre on nous a donné une autre chambre sans cafard mort mais pas beaucoup plus propre (serviettes et draps tachés, trou de cigarettes dans les rideaux, sol collant, …).

Nous avons directement choisi de rester une nuit et de partir le lendemain au lieu des trois nuits de base et heuresement la nuit a été horrible en plus de la saleté le lit était dur, on entendais tout ce qui se passait dans le couloir et chambre à côté (cris d’enfant, embrouilles, …).

(De plus, ils proposent des chambres sans fenêtre la fenêtre était murée ce qui laisse donc une odeur nauséabonde dans la chambre et un côté étouffant il est d’ailleurs interdit même au Vietnam de louer des chambres sans fenêtre normalement).

Le quartier est très particulier nous nous sommes pas assez renseigné mais c’est extrement bruyant, avec des bars très particulier et pas du tout sympathique (gogo danseuse, promotion alcool, …). On ne se sentait pas safe et ni que le quartier était safe comme en témoigne nombreuse affiches non à la consommation de drogues affiches partout.

À fuir absolument je ne recommande pas c’est une catastrophe.

Centrally located, neat and clean accomodation with helpful staff.
Pros:

The room was comfortable and well equipped, and the bathroom facilities were good. The hotel is situated on the famous Bue Vien Walking street ( which we did not know) and a normal street by day transforms into a party street by night. The room comes equipped with earplugs but we fortunately did not need them as the sound insulation seemed good. Breakfast was served on the rooftop area and was very good offering a wide variety of options. staff were friendly and helpful.
