Staff were extremely kind and helpful and always willing to resolve any issue, including printing off stuff for us!
The room was very nice, large and modern.
Breakfast was amazing, my favourite so far.
Rooftop bar is gorgeous and good value with discount.
Balcony was lovely to people watch.
It is very, very loud at night due to its location on a busy drinking street. There was karaoke until 5am (!) every night that we stayed there. The room has obviously been updated to try and combat this, but the situation is still difficult for most sleepers. My partner and I had to wear noise cancelling headphones playing white noise just to sleep and we still got woken up during the night.

Breakfast had nothing left edible at 9.20 and the air con was rubbish and sounded like a wind turbine and poor facilities
Отличное расположение отеля, в паре минут ходьбы банк, офис сотового оператора, автобусная станция. Много ресторанов и магазинов поблизости, рынок. До основных достопримечательностей тоже не далеко, прогуливались пешком.

Номер удобный, постельное белье и полотенца чистые, спать было комфортно, хорошие кровати. Шум с улицы не мешал. Есть гигиенические принадлежности.
Очень понравился завтрак, вкусный и разнообразный. И сам ресторан красивый с приятным видом на город.
Цены в ресторане отеля демократические, ещё и со скидкой для постояльцев, блюда вкусные. Можно обедать и ужинать.
Обязательно вернёмся в тот замечательный отель на обратном пути!

Gute Lage mit ein schönen Rooftop Bar mit Aussicht über die Stadt. Zimmer war ein bisschen klein für 3 Personen.
Der Aufzug war sehr klein,und der einzige…. Müssten wir lange warten bis es kommt und immer übergefüllt.

We LOVE this hotel!! The location is just perfect to anywhere. From the busy streets of the nightlife, tourist spots and shopping streets. We enjoyed their buffet breakfast for 7 days :) Very good food selections and all the staff are kind and approachable. We stayed for 7 days and they clean and replace our sheets and towels EVERYDAY!!! Will def go back to this hotel and recommend to everyone. Thank you!!

Great Location in District 1, walkable to most places. We booked a family room, and the size of the room is large. Breakfast that was included was a plus. Some days the food was great, but other days it was passable. Stayed 4 nights did enjoy breakfast for 2 days, but the other 2 days were just ok. There is also a room top bar which gives you a nice view. Although the rooms look tired, they are kept reasonable clean and bathroom was also quite clean with fresh towels daily.
Very Noisy as we are in the heart of party central. Music can be heard in the room and not great for light sleepers. Rooms are dated and tired and the mattress are too firm. Not too comfortable. Kettle in the room was not clean and after boiling the water, realized that black specks could be found in the water. Also because of the location, it is not ideal for young families.
