La Clim de la chambre du dessus coulait sur notre Clim un bruit à en devenir fou et à ne pas pouvoir dormir correctement. L’hôtel est situé dans un coin où l’animation nocturne est très particulière.

Qué hay un 7/11 y restaurante en planta baja

Cons:

Soy asiduo de hace años de esta cadena. Mi último alojamiento en Malate ha sido pésimo. Este alojamiento concreto ha perdido mucha calidad, tiene falta de mantenimiento, limpieza, etc. Di cuenta de los desperfectos para su reparación o sustitución:
El grifo de la ducha necesitaba sustitución por uno nuevo, solo se reparó y continuaron los problemas.
El TV no funcionaba, el mando a distancia roto necesitaba sustitución. No se reemplazó.
La wifi no me funciona nunca.
Todo indica que no hay presupuesto para renovar y se está manteniendo como se puede la situación del hotel.
