Pros:

A very nice hotel in the city center, close to the palace and other popular places. A spacious and clean room with a comfortable bed. Even though it’s on a busy street, it’s quiet inside. Very friendly staff, with an unplanned early check‑in for an extra fee, but at least we had a place to sleep. The breakfast offer was of good quality. Considering the price, the accommodation exceeded our expectations. I can only recommend it.

Perfectly lovely. Wonderful staff. Excellent location.
Pros:

The staff was really lovely - everyone smiling, kind, and very helpful.

The room was nice. I gave the room size an average rating for the reason of...if you are traveling solo and mostly need a nice, clean place to sleep for a few days, it's great. If you're a couple, you will be tripping over one another - in my opinion.

Cons:

The only complaint I have is the hot water never came. I was told, as in other hotels, let the water run for five to ten minutes and the water will get hot. Not so at Roopa...in MY experience. I let it run for at least 15 minutes and finally gave in to having cool shower. At the end of the day, not so bad, once you get adjusted to the mild cold shock factor.
