Beautiful hotel with the metro station on the door step which makes transport from the airport so easy and straightforward. The Duomo was about a 20 minute walk away along beautiful streets.
Rooms were spotless with monogrammed towels and beautiful bedding which included a nightly turn-down service.
Drinks in the bar were lovely although pricey and at checkout there was an optional service charge added although I did decline as I had already tipped.
I would recommend this hotel 5*

I had a truly excellent stay at Château Monfort Milano and would like to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding level of hospitality throughout. The atmosphere of the hotel is both elegant and distinctive, with beautifully designed interiors that create a unique and memorable setting.

The service was consistently attentive and professional, and I was particularly grateful for the thoughtful gesture of the champagne from Mr. Stefano Risole. He is clearly a people-oriented and highly respectful individual, which made the experience feel especially personal and welcoming.

The room was exceptionally comfortable, with great attention to detail in both design and amenities, contributing to a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Overall, my stay was both luxurious and memorable, and I would be delighted to return in the future.

When visiting Milan, we really enjoy staying at Chateau Monfort. It is a home away from home for us. As soon as you walk into the hotel, you are greeted with the kindest hotel staff always ready to help with anything you need. The service is always exceptional. The location is perfect for business and pleasure with sightseeing close by. You are close to central downtown but the atmosphere is quiet and relaxed. The rooms are luxurious, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed and more. You really get the value for your money spent. The staff really put their guests first and you feel if throughout your stay. We always recommend this hotel to anyone who visits Milan and we are looking forward to returning.

From the moment we arrived at the hotel the staff were outstanding. Mateo checked us in and advised us on certain places to visit and made restaurant reservations for us. Our room was amazing. The hotel is absolutely beautiful inside. The bar is like being in a fairytale with a pianist playing every night. The bar staff Benjamin, Seckou and Luigi could not have done anymore for us it was an absolute joy to be served by them. And are a credit to the hotel. We had a wonderful time in Milan and will definitely be returning back to Chateau Montfort it was a fantastic weekend making memories we shall remember forever. Thanks to all the wonderful people working there.

We stayed at Chateau Montfort for the Olympics - it was a terrific experience - the staff was amazing - bartenders - front desk - restaurant and the housekeepers were all first class.

An otherwise adequate stay was marred when at checkout the front staff tried to extract 40 euros gratuity. I was told (only when asked) that it was optional but customary in Milan, which is entirely false. It’s frankly ridiculous and insulting - especially in Italy! Hotel management claims that they started the new policy to compensate for quality service. My suggestion to them is to pay their team fairly so they don’t put the client and their staff in such an awkward situation to begin with.

It's a fairytale hotel, and the hotel staff are incredibly polite and helpful.It's centrally located and its spa is absolutely legendary.

Really enjoyed a second stay in Chateau Monfort around Christmas time. The exuberantly decorated hotel has lovely Christmas decorations, fittingly also slightly over the top. They deliver a true five star experience for the price of a four star hotel (in Milano). The Spa is phenomenally nice and included in the room rate if you book on the hotel’s own website. The Mezzanotte lounge bar is expensive but very pleasant and did provide a complimentary Limoncello digestif as a nice gesture. Although this is somewhat unusual indeed, I was happy to sign for the 5 percent tip which had been included (proposed) on the hotel bill.
