Pros:

Staff are polite. Location is accessible to malls and tourist spot...you just need to hail a cab bit not a place you can walk around.

Cons:

Bed have bed bugs. No basic neccessities like slippers( if its out of stock, staff should already know this in advance and not make an excuse that its out of stock). No water jag and not even a glass cup. Water should be taken from the 2nd floor which is kind of inconvinient. Towels are off white. Roaches crawling out of the socket and we have to put tape on it during our stay. Small flies coming out of the overflow hole of sink. Dusty rooms especially under the bed.

Pros:

Very friendly staff, who was very willing to help. Good restaurants in the neighborhood

Less luxurious than the one in Binondo, Manila. Old and rattling airconditioning

It’s decent and comfortable.
Pros:

Very clean CR and good smelling beddings. And it’s also very comfortable. The staff were very welcoming and courteous.
