Second time staying here. Hotel was still small like before lol but everything else was good. Excellent staffs, rooms was clean, decent location and prices was right.

Great location - basically in Ho Chi Min city centre. Great facilities - spacious room, great food variety, spa and bar. Also had afternoon tea included (basically late lunch), which was good option to have a meal during the day.
No major issues, maybe more expensive than other options.
The hotel was absolutely beautiful, the food was delicious, with lots of options for the breakfast that’s included, and the rooms were extremely comfortable but the highlight of our trip was Harvey working in the rooftop bar! He completely made our trip and it wouldn’t have been the same without him, he was an absolute ray of sunshine and couldn’t do enough to accommodate us - highly recommend!

The location of this boutique hotel was great within the centre of District 1 in Ho Chi Minh City. The staff were very friendly and attentive throughout my stay and also helped me make a restaurant reservation. The breakfast buffet and afternoon tea were included in the reservation and were generous. I was upgraded to an executive suite and was given a late check-out upon request. There is a nice and cosy rooftop bar/terrace where you can have a drink, while enjoying the view on the Saigon River.
The gym and pool are very small. Not all hotel rooms have windows or a view, so it is important to check this beforehand. There is no complementary hotel shuttle to the airport, but you can pay and be provided with one (I did not use this service). There was a short water cut that was resolved fast by the maintenance team.

Right from arrival we were greeted with a smile, a concierge who assisted us to reception. Whilst waiting to check in we were given a welcome drinks with a snack. On check-in we were greeted by the most wonderful person Mai. She had the biggest smile and spoke wonderfully. She explained everything and as our room wasn't available invited us to the roof top bar to wait were heavier is magnificent. Mai then came and got us and took us to our room. On the way she let us know she gave us an upgrade to the Junior sweet which wasn't expected, but this is how this hotel goes above and beyond. Our entire stay we felt so welcomed from all the staff. However the stand put to us was Mai, she always asked how our trip was going and what tours we had done and showed a genuine interest. As a result we rebooked for our return trip to Saigon.

They also allowed me to stay after check out on the lobby cafe for work on computer and use rooftop shower in SPA. Very nice.
