総じて文句の付け所が無い。レビューに「ホテルに入るまでの階段がしんどい」とあったが、脚の悪い人には少しきついかも。荷物はそもそもドアマンが持って上がってくれる（下がるも同じ）なので、20kgのスーツケースがあったが個人的には問題なし。通用口系だけど、おそらくエレベーターあるので、もし階段が難しい場合は事前に相談したら応えてくれそう。
朝食：とてもおいしい。マンゴーやパインなどのフルーツ、新鮮な野菜、ハム数種、おかゆやもち米、ベトナム風焼きそば、チキンやポークなどのタンパク質、その他たくさんのおかずから選べます。好きなだけビュッフェでとったのち、席に着くと、メニューをもらえ、フォーやアメリカンブレックファーストや卵料理が選べます。特筆すべきは、ここの混ぜ麺！毎日食べました。美味しい。コーヒーはアメリカンも置いてあるけど、1杯づつエスプレッソなどもマシンで作ってくれるので、ラテやエスプレッソ好きはそちらがいいと思います。
アフタヌンティ：1回しか利用しなかったけど、甘いものから軽食までラインナップ充実！お茶やコーヒーもおいしい！
部屋：エアコン良く稼働する。シャワーハンドフリーシャワー（天井付近から出る）、ハンドシャワー、湯舟用とあり、温度も水力も問題なし。ベッドも気持ちよく清潔で、枕もたくさんあってぐっすり眠れた。部屋の掃除を断った日があったが、タオルは毎日交換してくれる。
スタッフ：アオザイを着用した女性スタッフはキュートで礼儀正しく、男性のホテルマンもとても丁寧でスマイリーで文句なし。

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect and very convenient, with most attractions within walking distance. The breakfast and afternoon tea were both delicious and exceeded our expectations.

What impressed us the most was the exceptional service from the hotel staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. On the day we left, our booked car did not arrive, and the hotel staff kindly helped us contact the rental company and coordinated everything for us. We really appreciated their support and professionalism.

Highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

Top Lage , super schöne Rooftop Bar

The location is amazing, it's very central and it's possible to walk to many of the main tourist attractions within 15-20 minutes, or you can easily get a Grab from the front door. We loved how attentive and friendly the staff were and the afternoon tea was a real bonus, especially with tired and hungry children in tow. The roof top bar has a great view and has a really nice friendly atmosphere and great drinks. We had a rather large leak in the bathroom and we were upgraded to a beautiful room with absolutely no fuss.

Fantastic staff

The staff in this hotel are beyond anything i have experienced before. Right fron the very first minute we turned up on 29th May in the afternoon. We were tired from an overnight flight and before we even walked up the steps, the porter ran down to help us up with our luggage. This attitude continued throughout with nothing ever being too much trouble. Harvey, the barman at the rooftop bar was also exceptional, so welcoming and so happy to chat. The room was good, beds very comfortable. I do not like too much heat when sleeping so on one night I took the, (light), duvet out of the duvet cover and just slept under that. The housekeeping staff must have recognised that and just neatly folded the cover each morning to respect my preference, 10/10 to them too.

Wirklich alles. Das ist außergewöhnlich. Das Personal ist super, Die Zimmer wunderschön, die Dachterrasse ein Traum. Es passt einfach alles.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 8. OG mit Blick zum Fluss, das war wirklich etwas besonderes. Vielen lieben Dank nochmal an das Hotel, dass Sie unseren Wunsch nach Flussblick umgesetzt haben.
Die Mitarbeiter waren wirklich sehr freundlich und haben jeden Wunsch umgesetzt. Beim Frühstück haben wir uns gefreut, dass es dunkles Baguette und mehrere Sorten Hartkäse gab.
Toll fanden wir es auch, dass wir an unserem Abfahrttag noch am Afternoon Tea teilnehmen durften und uns nachmittags auf der Rooftop-Etage aufhalten durften. Der Blick tagsüber und abends von der Dachterasse sind wirklich etwas besonderes.

チェックアウト後でもアフタヌーンティーやシャワーが使用できた。
