Personnel charmant
Pros:

Le personnel hyper sympa, aux petits soins, aimable et très serviable … rien à redire. Chambre faite tous les jours et petits déjeuners dans la chambre hyper copieux

Cons:

Spa et hammam fermés. Mais surtout nous avons trouvé que l’hôtel est trop loin du centre et qu’il faut prendre le taxi à chaque fois (il y a environ 40mn de marche jusqu’à la place Jamaa El Fna ) n’est pas la faute de l’hôtel, mais juste moi qui n’ ai pas bien regardé l’emplacement de l’hôtel … et pas beaucoup de restau dans le quartier

Bardzo mi się podobało. Wszystko na świetnym poziomie. Śniadanie przyniesione do pokoju bo poranek był chłodny na jedzenie posiłku na tarasie ale teraz żałuję. Miejsce świetne, obsługa miła i pomocna.

Une résidence calme et accueillante, une sorte de deuxième maison
Pros:

Chambre spacieuse et bien équipée avec une kitchenette et une petite terrasse. Lit très confortable, propreté parfaite. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux, peut être servi en chambre ou sur le rooftop avec vue panoramique sur les environs. Séjour très agréable. Situation géographique avec centre commercial et restaurants à proximité, 20 minutes à pied pour aller à la médina. Le personnel est très sympathique.

Cons:

La télévision et la piscine ne sont pas forcément opérationnelles, mais ne sont pas vraiment nécessaires pour un super séjour à Marrrakech !

Персоналът е много любезен, отзивчив и усмихнат. Закуската е обилна и богата. Хотелът е на добро местоположение -до 30-40 мин.пеша до забележителностите. Има и магазини и ресторанти близо до мола. Благодарим много за всичко

Presque tout. L'accueil. L'agencement des chambres et des SDB en duplex. Les serviettes en forme de cygne avec pétales de rose. Le calme tout en étant très proche des places d'intérêt touristique et du Menara mall. Le petit déjeuner copieux et varié servi à l'appartement.

Cons:

Sanitaire un peu vieillissant.
Faible débit de la douche.
Peu de chaînes à la télévision. Un écran moderne et plus grand serait mieux apprécié.
