Maten var inte ok, maten kom inte samtidigt, glömde en del av maten, lång väntetid på maten. Dålig wifi
the setting was so tranquil and perfect. the house set in the forest and facing the beach, a slice of paradise. the staff were super friendly --- so the meal times were a pleasure. the food and service really excellent. Overall it had the feeling of being part of the family.
sometimes the water ran out in the bathroom. but was fixed pretty quickly.

Our room was clean, well equipped and close by the pool. Perfect for a family stay.
In the restaurant the food was a bit slow to come out for a group of 9, so we just preordered our meals which was no problem.

Staffs
The staff made us feel at home. They went out of their way to make my family comfortable. All staff was very helpful, especially the LA Veranda staff, Ms. Janice in particular.
The Hillside Casita was not so easily accessible. Was farther than I had imagined.
Great and cant fault!
Was expecting the room to be next to each other but wasnt though its not always a guarantee so cant do anything with that..
Would have been nice even if it's not next to each other is an advice in advance it will be upstairs as the occupant is pregnant.
