Eu poderia perfeitamente desconsiderar o fato do quarto ser pequeno, o banheiro vazar água, não ter café da manhã e o elevador parar com a gente dentro. Não tenho nenhuma intenção em desclassificar o hotel, acredito que tudo isso poderia ser contornado, mas fica impossível desconsiderar a agressividade do atendente que nos recebeu. Foi grosseiro e Muito mal educado. Enviei anteriormente um pedido ao hotel, recebi um retorno positivo e ao chegar fui cobrada de forma indevida. Ao tentar entender o que estava acontecendo, fomos tratados com muita falta de respeito, desconsiderando o fato de estarmos acompanhados de uma pessoa idosa e de duas crianças. Nunca fui tão mal tratada em um hotel, e já fiquei em vários e mesmo não me considerando uma pessoa exigente, sendo Paris uma cidade com enorme rede hoteleira, NUnca mais ficaria hospedada nesse hotel, apesar da gentileza discreta de outros atendentes.

Was made to feel really quite awkward for having a friend over before her late flight even though I had paid good money for the room.

Over €740 kept for a duplicate booking error. Staff kept quiet at check-in. Disgraceful.

I highly recommend avoiding this hotel due to a total lack of professional ethics. Due to an oversight on Booking.com, I accidentally made two identical bookings (same name, same dates) and was charged twice. Upon check-in, the staff clearly saw the anomaly of two rooms under my name on their screens. Instead of alerting me—which would have allowed me to fix the mistake—they deliberately kept quiet just to pocket the money, leaving the second room empty without my knowledge. I only discovered the double charge of a whopping €741.96 a week later on my bank statement. Both myself and Booking.com customer service asked for a minimum of commercial flexibility, but the management completely refused, hiding behind contract clauses. Keeping nearly 750 euros by exploiting an obvious human error and staying silent at the guest's arrival is unacceptable speculative behavior. Avoid this place if you value honesty.

The main issue was the size of the room. We were two parents travelling with our two 14-year-old children, and the room was extremely small for four people. There was barely enough space for the beds, and we even struggled to find somewhere to put our suitcases.

The air conditioning was not very powerful, although having air conditioning at all was still much appreciated given the hot weather.

Parking can also be a little inconvenient. If you are lucky, you can find a space on the street where the hotel is located; otherwise, you may need to park some distance away.

staircase access to upper floor bedroom was somewhat difficult with suitcases. It would be nice to have tea/ coffee making facilities in the room
