Insgesamt ein angenehmer Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel.
Pros:

Frühstück war gut und und reichhaltig. Am tollsten ist der Garten und die renovierten Bäder.
Lage in einem lebendigen Quartier, ausserhalb des Touristengewimmels.

Cons:

Anstatt in einer abschliessbare Gepäckaufbewahrung sind unsere Koffer einfach in der Rezeption gestanden bis zu unserer Abreise.

Una piacevole vacanza in un ambiente pulito, confortevole e ben servito. Consigliatissimo!

L'hotel è in un quartiere vivace e giovanile ma tranquillo, soprattutto la strada è assolutamente silenziosa. La camera (tripla, un letto matrimoniale e un singolo bello grande) è con arredi moderni e funzionali. I MATERASSI SONO TOP!!! Super comodi e confortevoli. Ogni mattina pulizia della camera e cambio asciugamani. Non ho provato la colazione ma, passando dalla sala ristorante, ho visto un buffet ricco, vario e generoso. La zona è servita BENISSIMO: a due passi dalla metro e intorno locali per colazione e cena. Bistrot, boulangerie e tanto altro.

Un séjour correct, mais l'attitude négative du gérant fait que je n'irai plus dans cet hôtel.
Pros:

La situation est bonne et le quartier agréable. Avoir une personne à la réception en tout temps est bien aussi.
Le personnel technique (nettoyage) est gentil.

Cons:

Le gérant de l'hôtel a manqué de souplesse et de flexibilité. En dernière minute une de mes soeurs m'a rejointe à Paris, nous avons demandé dès le premier jour de pouvoir être ensemble dans la même chambre, mais cela signifiait occuper une chambre plus grande de l'hôtel car celle que j',avais réservée était trop petite pour 2 personnes. Le gérant n'a pas voulu accepter que je renonce à la chambre que j'avais réservée, affirmant qu'une annulation était impossible, prétextant que c'était la haute saison (ce qui est faux), bien que j'aie dit que je voulais bien payer de toute façon la 1ère nuit. Il était clair qu'il voulait ne pas perdre un seul euro, et voulait à tout prix conserver la location de 2 chambres, ce que nous avons fait finalement. Mais je donne une cote négative à cet hôtel pour ce manque de souplesse et d'accommodement.Je considère que ce gérant a été quasi malhonnête. Il est clair que l'hôtel était assez vide, mais ce n'est pas une raison pour ne pas accommoder notre demande.

Pros:

Posizione ottima e ben collegata per girare la città. Intorno, tanti ristorantini e boulangerie. Camera tripla ampia. Personale davvero gentile e accogliente!

Cons:

Il livello di pulizia è abbastanza scadente. La camera viene pulita sommariamente durante il soggiorno e la polvere abbonda ovunque. Comunque, non gravissimo.
