Lots of compliments and zero complaints
Pros:

The location, service from staff, value for money, fantastic breakfast and the concierge were 11/10. This is not a luxury 4 star hotel but far exceeds the best 5 star hotel in San Sebastián in all ways. It is not a big chain of hotels but a family run one and you can tell the difference- the staff care ! and that’s why we had a great 4 days. I have run major hotel chains in the UK and I expect a lot but this Hotel and its Team far exceeded my expectations. You must stay here if you want to enjoy San Sebastián.

Cons:

The Hotel excelled. Don’t change anything !

The location was fantastic. My room was lovely with a view of the beach

Cons:

Was disappointed to find out that you had to ask for turn down service in the evening. Would be nice if we were told this at check in. We had an unfortunate incident in the bar on the 2nd night. Were accused of not paying for drinks the previous evening. Very embarrassing especially as they were wrong.
And then no apology from the waitress.

Erittäin avulias henkilökunta. Parkkipaikalle ajo ja parkkeeraus oikein haastava. Onneksi henkilökunta suostui parkeeramaan auton puoletsamme. Iso kiitos siitä!

Cons:

Aircon was ineffective; running at 27 degrees. The problem was sorted.

Staff in the bar accused us of failing to pay the bill the following night. This was not the case.
I approached the reception staff to verify we had signed for the drinks. We were mortified by the treatment we were given in front of other guests.
We asked for the manager: no response : no further communication from the hotel.
The following evening we were ignored by offending staff. I must add other staff were good.

Locatie . Ligt midden in centrum

Cons:

Erg druk hotel. Ontbijt is vol moet wachten op tafel. We hadden junior suite geboekt maar slaapkamer en woonkamer was 1 ruimte dit stond echter niet in de beschrijving. Geen water op de kamer. Helaas geen zwembad en ook geen ligbedjes bij strand (hadden zelf niet goed gekeken bij het boeken ) . Parkeergelegenheid is garage niet bij het hotel. Moet met je koffers dus lopen . Douche muts , tandenborstel etc wordt niet dagelijks aangevuld. De bank op de kamer was smoezelig en zat een scheur in.

Highly Recommend Londres when in San Sebastian
Pros:

Great hotel overlooking Playa de La Concha. Beautiful property with a very friendly staff. Great coffee, cocktails and food. I must have overlooked the size of the room we booked because it was tight, but well appointed. Front desk staff was great and really good about ordering taxis to the airport or going to dinner. The house keeping staff, wait staff and bar staff were all great. Beds and pillow were very comfortable. Bathroom and shower was very nice!

Cons:

Just need to pay closer attention to room size next time.
