ロケーション、清潔さなどは言うまでもありません。バスルームは広く、バスタブあり、ウォシュレットあり日本人には嬉しい設備です。この旅の中で一番です。
ロケーションはバーからすぐに海側へ、旧市街へも近くバル巡りもすぐに行けます。
レセプションのスタッフが作ったと思われるバルのマップはとても役に立ちました。

そしてコンシェルジュさんの対応は最高でした。私か前泊のホテルに忘れ物をしてしまい、困っていたところ前泊ホテルとの交渉、輸送業者への連絡、手続を親身にして下さいました。
スペイン語が出来ないので本当に助かりました。
サンセバスチャンを出発したあとも、途中経過をメールしていただき、安心して旅が続けられています。無事忘れ物は届けられることと思います。
チーフコンシェルジュさん本当にありがとうございます。
また、サンセバスチャンを訪れることがありましたらロンドレスを予約します。

Un cumpleaños inolvidable

Tienen un encanto clásico muy elegante y personal . La decoración muy cuidada al detalle y todo impecable . La chica de recepción fue súper amable y nos cambió la habitación y nos puso una con vistas al mar . Muy agradecidos.
