The location, the building and the history. Te bathroom was really lovely. The bed was very comfortable

Cons:

I felt like there was a division between classes - we had a classic double not anything fancier. Separate lift for different classes of guests and we were offered no assistance with bags or services.

La ubicación es absolutamente inmejorable las vistas son fantásticas si das al mar; en mi caso la vision era lateral pero tambien muy buena. pero incluso las habitaciones que dan a la parte de atras tienen mucha luz y vistas a una calle amplia y despejada.

Beautiful hotel on Playa de La Concha
Pros:

This hotel is beautiful. It is located perfectly right on the Playa de La Concha and very close to shops and old town. The bar/ restaurant has fantastic views out into the promenade and beach.
The staff were all so lovely and helpful.
We were very happy with this hotel and felt it was good value for money as it exceeded our expectations.
