A 4-star luxury hotel in San Sebastián facing the bay of La Concha, welcoming guests for more than 150 years. Its 166 rooms combine the architecture of a golden age (Belle Époque) with modern, comfortable finishes.

Lovely hotel in many ways but car park issues caused unnecessary stress.
Pros:

This is a classy hotel with a wonderful location on the beach. Housekeeping and cleaning room was exceptional. Room serviced by late morning each day. Well fitted out rooms with everything we needed. Comfortable, big beds.
Food that we had was very good.

CAR PARK!!!!!
Parking instructions good on arrival and conveniently situated underground with the pedestrian entrance right outside the hotel. Promising.
The exit from the car park was a completely different story - a NIGHTMARE. My husband got stuck in the car park(5 floors down with no mobile signal, all electronic and no person on hand to help).The QR code did not work at the machine. Long and VERY stressful story short - thanks to the 'kindness of strangers' a customer of the car park helped my husband to get out. I have now seen other reviews about this situation. The Hotel Londres is very expensive and if they know there is a problem, a member of staff should accompany guests to the car park to ensure smooth departure. Luckily we did not have a tight deadline but it would have been a problem if we had.
STAFF -Whereas the staff were very nice, there were not enough of them and they were not very clued up eg about the car park issue or demonstrations that were causing roads to be closed. Not enough bar staff. This is not acceptable in such an expensive 4 star hotel.

Everything was perfect from moment we arrived to departure. Excellent place to stay!
Pros:

Excellent location! Within very easy walking distance to Old Town. Beautiful beach view and gentle lull of waves and music from entertainers below was blissful! Very close to restaurants and the markets, grocery stores, bakeries - it was perfect!

Cons:

Would have liked a coffee machine in our room. The kettle was nice but would have also liked to have a cup of coffee to enjoy by the balcony in the morning.
