Review for the "3 star" apartment. I'm not very picky but this was ridiculously bad. The furniture was the original one from the 80's and not in a nice vintage way, it was worn out, decrepit. The carpet and towels were stained. The room was filthy, we flagged this to the reception and they sent a cleaner the next day. It was noisy, you could hear the traffic through the wooden window frames. You may even meet the ocasional friendly spider. It's located 4 km from Cluj Arena. No elevator. Pros: The staff was nice, decent wi fi, ok breakfast, parking. To sum up, wouldn't recommend staying there, I definetly won't, especially during Untold when they charge 85 eur/3 star room, it's worth 25 30 eurs max. 2 star hotel.

We stayed in a triple room on the top floor situated above the restaurant. I think rooms above the reception are rated three stars, the two stars above the restaurant. The accommodation of triple minimal, old furniture, TV 20 years old but AC, minibar and wi-fi ok. I appreciated the varied and tasty breakfast included in the price, proximity to downtown, employees very polite.

Sehr nette Leut an der Rezeption, Grosses Zimmer mit Wohnraum, den ich gar nicht gebraucht hätte. Restaurant auch gut und vielseitig, Frühstücksbuffet so o-la-la.

It was a short business stay, so the hotel choice was un important. This particular hotel has only two good features: the location and the restaurant. The breakfast and the lunch were delicious.
The rooms are not so cozy; too dark in my opinion and the furniture quite ugly. The barthroom was also not up date.

The room was clean, cosy and large. The staff was kind and helpful. The food was plenty and tasty. It was the best place to be for both business and pleasure. It was close to the down town. I am strongly recommend it and I will surely be back with my family!

  · Food was the only extraordinary thing, and restaurant staff very cute and attentive to the customers.
  · Horrible! I do not recommend to anyone! Outside, the 4-star fence is painted, and there are no 2-star conditions. The air conditioning did not work in any of the 3 days and 2 nights accommodation, we melted like butter and, at our request to regulate, we were told it's a problem !!! Solve it, u get the money for 4 stars! Even at night we could not rest from the heat, and from the noise of the planes, as the airport is near. Miss At the reception impertinent, patrons only interested in robbing u.

I think they want to kill their employers. A bar man is also waiter, cleaner and everything. Managers are very rude. They don't give as to eat lunch at 13:30 because they sayed that they need to be ready for a group that comes at 14:00 and we don't have time to eat... rooms are very old, not very clean. I don't how they got 4 stars for that "new" part... Don't waste your money in this hotel.

One part of the hotel is renovated - this is the part that you see in the pictures claiming this is a decent place. However, you end up in the other side with broken tiles in the bathroom, mold, furniture which is from time immemorial. The choices for breakfast are laughable. Food in the restaurant is surprisingly decent for something which otherwise was horrific.

Real friendly staff can't do enough for us we asked for a drink and was there the next day. Food was very good better than night before at twice the price. The rooms are massive with ensuite bathroom internet is fast and free

Was here for a congress, for 5 days. The employees were kind and helpful when needed, the room was cosy and clean. Was all I needed in one pack. The meals were good, well done, congrats to the chef (best onion soup ever)!

This review is just for their restaurant as we dropped by here for lunch.

The food is very good and decently priced. The service however was awful. We've ordered drinks and the waiter brought them on a plate and just left them with the plate on the corner of the table. He was also standing about 2 meters behind when taking the orders. Weird and unprofessional.

Big rooms, OK breakfast. Staff is adequate, I arrived quite late, 02.30 in the morning and there was no hassle from the front desk, just got a key and "we'll take the paperwork tomorrow".
Good Internet.
So if you just need to sleep and work a bit, I recomend it

Problems with cleaning in three stars zone. No lift. Completly different The Four stars

I have stayed at this hotel for 4 nights, during Untold.
The rooms were cery clean, you have room service and a restaurant with good food.
The hotel is well placed and the staff cery helpful.
I would definitely stay at this hotel next year and I recommend it!

This is definitely not a 4* hotel. It was one of the worst staying in a hotel ever and not cheap at all... it was terribly hot, no air conditioning, old room, it was like sauna. I almost burned myself in the shower, defect toilet installation, other tourists were complaining at the reception as well. Though the furniture is old, the room was clean.
Curtains were not preventing for heat and sun and it was a nightmare in the morning because of the powerful sun. We could not rest at all and we were very nervous because of the heat. It was very noisy because it was very near to street and traffic. I will not come back.

Hotel looks nice and modernized. There is friendly staff at the reception and nice atmosphere. Room spacious with nice bed. Some maintenance problems with the bathroom. Requires plummer. Hot water was not available in the morning which was not a big problem, rather fun, but I understand this was not a standard for this type of a hotel.

We stopped 1 night, we had what they call an apartment, in English terms I would say a suite! 3 rooms, bedroom, bathroom & living room; 2 sofas, tv and a desk. The rooms were well presented, comfortable and very clean, the staff were helpful.

Car parking was available and free as was the breakfast
