It was overall very pleasant stay
Pros:

Everything amazing - from room to facilities and breakfast. We enjoyed hot pool and different saunas. Loved it.

Cons:

Food in the restaurant wasn’t the best. Kaiserschmarren had a taste of pan/somehow onions. And our steak wasn’t cooked as we wished for. The receptionist who checked us in was extremely slow.

It was normal
Pros:

It’s in a good location surrounded by nature. Also the pool, sauna and spa was really good.

Cons:

The rooms don’t have a charging spot next to the bedroom which is a very common thing in hotels.
The staff is really slow, the girl in the reception took 35/40 minutes just to make paperwork done. It was so annoying.

Pros:

Wunderschönes Hotel, alles aus Holz. In Mitten der Bergkulisse. Auch der Spa Bereich war sehr schön, mit Blick auf die Berge, einfach ein Traum. Wenn das Hotel voll ist, könnte es eng mit der Liegefläche werden. Das Personal war wirklich außerordentlich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Alles sehr familiär dort. Besonders schön, waren auch die geführten Wanderungen. Alles in Allem hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt dort und würde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Cons:

Das Essen war etwas durchwachsen. Teilweise nicht so harmonisch bzw. stimmig in sich. Lieber weniger Gänge, ggf. auch einfachere Tiroler Küche, dafür gut im Geschmack.

„Ein herzliches Zuhause auf Zeit – rundum perfekt vom Essen bis zum Service!“

Ein rundum wunderbarer Aufenthalt im Hotel Tirler!
Das gesamte Haus ist mit so viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet – warm, gemütlich und zugleich modern. Alles war makellos sauber, man merkt sofort, dass hier großer Wert auf Qualität und Wohlfühlen gelegt wird.

Das Essen war ein absolutes Highlight: regionale Zutaten, raffiniert zubereitet und mit viel Herz serviert. Besonders das Frühstücksbuffet und die abendlichen Menüs waren ein Genuss!

Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich, aufmerksam und immer hilfsbereit – man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen.
Ein Ort zum Entspannen, Genießen und Auftanken. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder!

Doporučuji pro kratší i delší pobyt, určitě se vrátíme, byli jsme nadšeni a maximálně spokojeni.
Pros:

Snídaně perfektní, výborné suroviny, výborné jídlo, do detailů promyšlená nabídka, příjemně zařízený interiér, milý a ochotný personál, za nás není co vytknout

Cons:

V pokoji i v celé budově bylo příjemné teplo, náš osobní pocit byl, že možná až moc teplo, ale to je velmi individuální.

A relaxing hideaway
Pros:

Secluded area that is peaceful. Well furnished, clean.
Restaurant was ran well, efficient and with good large portioned food!

Cons:

Perhaps better service for the price.. help with luggage, orientating you around etc.

Efficiently handled mismanagemnt
Pros:

We arrived at the hotel to be told that they do not have our reservation. I paid 14 months ago in April 2024. They were quite rigid about cancelling when my pkans changed, But they could cancel my stay just like that!!!! Such double standrads
