המקום קורא לעצמו מלון אך הוא מאוד רחוק מלהיות אחד כזה, הבריכה קטנה מאוד בגודל של מטר על מטר, בריכה שהיא גם ג׳קוזי, מאוד מלוכלכת ולא מטופחת, הניקיון של החדר לא טוב, רק סידרו את המיטה והחליפו מגבות מעבר לזה לא נעשה שום ניקיון נוסף, הארוחת בוקר בכלל לא עונה על גדר הארוחה הבסיסית לא טרי ולא טעים והבר בכלל כמעט ואין לו מבחר והוא נסגר בשעה מוקדמת, המקום רחוק מאוד מלהיות מלון מאוד התאכזבנו

כנראה שבשיפוץ האחרון החליפו פה רהיטים נראים חדשניים ארון עם תאורת לדים בפנים ממש מגניב

ידענו מראש שהמלון לא חדש ויש עדיין כל מיני ליקויים בשיפוץ כמו צבע מתקלף באמבטיה או צבע שמתקלף מרטיבות בתקרה , אבל ביחס לשאר הדברים שקיבלנו כל זה היה זניח מבחינתנו גם מדגיש אנשים עם מוגבלויות לא יכולים להנות מהמלון הזה כי גם יש מדרגות לעלות למלון עצמו וגם בתוך המלון עלייה לקומות רק דרך המדרגות אין מעלית

‘Boutique’ hotel with character no substitute for comfort. Lovely caring staff though

The facilities were not what I would have expected for the high price.
Dated hotel which had been refurbished, but not radically renovated.
Very uncomfortable chair in bedroom. No safe in bedroom. Hand shower in bath. Slippery and precarious to stand in bath to take shower. Sink semi-blocked and water went down slowly. Individual Air Con units in bedroom, but not airconditioned throughout. Hot corridors. Difficult to control aircon. Cold blast in my face. No shaver electrical outlet in bathroon. ‘Character’ in furnishings and fittings no substitute for efficient functionality. Small jacuzzi with warning that high chlorine level might ruin your swimsuit was not inviting

בסך הכל היה נחמד, יש אווירה נעימה, ונוף יפה. עדיין המחיר יקר מדי ביחס לחדר שמקבלים.

המלון ממוקם באיזור יפה, עם נוף מהמם. החדר היה גדול, מרווח יחסית, מיטה נוחה ונקי. ארוחת הבוקר היתה טובה. גם הצוות היה נחמד ואדיב.

Cons:

אין בידוד מספיק בחדרים, שמענו כל מי שעבר במסדרון, או בחוץ בגינה (החדר פנה לגינה). במקלחת היה עובש, עולים למלון דרך מדרגות, אין מעלית.

סופ"ש יומולדת בינוני מינוס.

ארוחת בוקר נחמדה, חדר נחמד.

Cons:

נתחיל בזה שהמקום לא נגיש, ו/או נוח לסחיבה של תיקים ומזוודות, הכל מדרגות וזה מתיש ומיותר, ואף אחד לא מציע עזרה מטעם המקום.
"כיבוי אורות" סוגרים את הדלת בתשע וחצי, דבר שלא נתקלתי בו מעולם בשום מקום בעולם.
בארוחת הבוקר היו חסרים אביזרים כמו כפיות להגשה של ממרחים, חוסרים של רטבים לפנקייקים, וספלים לקפה של בוקר, היו רק כוסות חד פעמיות כמו באכסניה, דבר שמוריד מהחוויה.
הנוף מהחדר היה לשום מקום, בתור מקום שנמצא על ההר ציפיתי שהנוף שלי יהיה בהתאם.
הווליום בטלוויזיה נשלט ע"י בעלי המקום שצריכים להגיע עם שלט אחר ולווסת את הווליום ?!?
אין טלפון בחדר ליצירת קשר עם הקבלה, צריך ללכת לחפש אותם פיזית אם יש תקלה/בקשה.
הג'קוזי שמפרסמים שיש הוא קולקטיבי לכל המלון.
סה"כ מחיר מופקע ביותר עבור חוויה פחות מבינונית עם פסיליטי שלא מציע כמעט כלום.
זה היה אמור להיות סופ"ש יומולדת, התאכזבתי מהמקום.
