Ein perfekter Feiertagsurlaub - besser ging es nicht!

Das Essen war hervorragend, ich würde einen Stern vergeben.
Das Personal war super, so nett und zuvorkommend, das haben wir sehr geschätzt! Hier konnte man sich als Gast wie ein König fühlen!

Grossartiges Hotel, super Mitarbeiter !
Pros:

Sehr stilvolles Hotel mit überaus engagierten und freundlichen Personal.
Das Hotel hat einen begnadeten Koch, dass Essen war wirklich ein Hochgenuss.,
Der Geschäftsführer führt das Haus mit einer Leidenschaft, dass ist schon selten, so etwas anzutreffen.
Wir waren über Silvester, war alles sehr schön arrangiert.
Wir haben bei Abreise schon wieder neu gebucht. Das sagt glaub ich alles.
Vielen Dank nochmals, ans gesamte Team!

Cons:

Da gibt es nichts, was hätte wesentlich besser sein können. Eventuell könnte der Poolbereich ein kleines Fresh over vertragen. Aber sonst?

Vynikající služby, ochotný personál, pěkné místo
Pros:

Personál byl velmi milý a pozorný. Pokoje byly prostorné, účelně vybavené a všude bylo velmi čisto. Snídaně byly bohaté s nabídkou kvalitních surovin. Večeře byly vynikající, opravdový kulinářský zážitek.

Pros:

V hotelu jsme strávili několik dní na začátku července a většina našeho pobytu byla velmi příjemná. Oceňujeme především vstřícnost a ochotu personálu, čistotu pokojů a vysokou úroveň gastronomie – polopenze nás mile překvapila, stejně jako komfortní prostředí hotelové restaurace. Skvělý dojem na nás udělal i wellness, který považujeme za jednu z největších předností hotelu.

Cons:

Bohužel, náš celkový dojem z pobytu byl výrazně narušen posledním večerem . Namísto klidného zakončení jsme zažili velké zklamání. Kvůli pořádání golfového turnaje jsme byli přesunuti z našich původních míst do provizorního prostoru v propojovací chodbě do rezidence. Tento prostor byl horký, rušný kvůli častému pohybu hostů, a zcela postrádal atmosféru. Navíc jsme se po celý večer cítili opomíjení – obsluha i kuchyně se soustředily především na velkou skupinu externích hostů z turnaje.
Zvláště nás mrzelo, že jsme o změně nebyli předem informováni. Bylo by jistě možné nabídnout alternativní čas nebo jiné řešení. Večeře se navíc velmi protahovala – například mezi polévkou a hlavním chodem jsme čekali více než 35 minut. Použité nádobí zůstávalo na stole, v místnosti panovalo dusno a chyběla jakákoli hudba, která by navodila příjemnější atmosféru. Dezert jsem nakonec odmítl a odešel na pokoj – zklamaný.
Zklamáním bylo také to, že jsme za tuto nepříjemnou zkušenost nedostali žádnou drobnou kompenzaci – například nápoj na uvítanou či zdarma během večeře by byl milým gestem.
Závěrem lze říci, že náš pobyt začal skvěle, ale nepovedený závěr výrazně ovlivnil naše celkové hodnocení. Hotel má rozhodně potenciál a spoustu kvalit, ale v tomto případě dostalo přednost komerční hledisko před pohodlím hotelových hostů, což nás upřímně mrzí.
I jsme 2x kontaktovali po návratu hotel emailem pro vyjádření. Ale ze strany hotele to zůstalo úplně bez reakce.
