La excelente ubicación a pasos de la plaza Takzim. Las camas eran muy cómodas. El personal de recepción muy amable y muy preocupado. La pieza no siendo muy grande cumplía perfectamente con nuestras expectativas.
El personal del restaurante no era amable y no saludaba.
To be honest. Nothing to like there. Very very useless staff. I booked this hotel to watch turkiye fifa match peacefully. But unfortunately when I checked in tv was not working not any channels. I asked many times change room give any other smart tv. But they have nothing to provide. Seriously wastage of money for nothing. Only the location is good
Everything was below average. I will never recommend anyone to go there. Third class hotel.witj zero facilities. Breakfast is also below average even normal breakfast was not there . Typical very little turkish breakfast. Oat I take was steal and unable to eat. Very very bad experience. Really waste my money.
Location, friendly staff on the reception
Not feeling clean, the room was in smoke of cigarettes from previous guests and the smell kept the whole stay. Only one towel per person. Not very clean carpet.
I have ashort trip for one day, I didn't have a pre booking, I found the booking in the same day of arrival with a good price, Excellent location, very closed to metro and bus stations, 2 minutes walk to taksim square, helpful staff, very clean, very good restaurant, perfect view to taksim square through the restaurant, good value for money

ولا كل ثلاث ساعات يتسكر تلقائي تنش من الحر علشان تفتحه ودرجه الحرارة هم متحكمين فيه وما عالجوا مشكله المكيف الا اخر يوم وكان بعد حر ما تصلح للعوايل
