Au Rez de chaussée de l'hôtel, un pub Brésilien, fête tous les dimanches habituelle connue jusqu' à au moins 2 heures du matin avec batterie ....., Impossible de fermer l'œil. Information cachée non dévoilée sur votre site. la place reste bruyante mais agréable. Pour faire la fête oui mais pas pour le reste. Sinon le reste est parfait et c'est dommage. La seconde journée pareil car les brésiliens ont gagné le match et le groupe de musique est revenu et la c'est un bonus de trop j'ai du descendre pour demander de stopper la musique au moins la batterie à une heure du matin en essayant de négocier directement avec le restaurateur car le personnel ce cachaient derrière les responsables. Un devoir d'information s'impose sur votre site.

I hated how the room was set up.
The shower was litterary placed right beside the bed. I found this to be weird and have never seen such design before. Same was the bathroom sink. I truly hated every part of it. Also I just wish this was well informed in the booking or the pictures.

It's quite loud,so if you like your sleep stay away from this hotel. The hotel is surrounded by bars and nightlife,so the entire night there was music playing and people shouting. Also the hotel is under renovation,so in the morning there is alot noise from construction.

I hated that there wasn't an elevator. They told this to us when we arrived,and didn't say anything when it would be fixed.

There was dust by the window which was right beside our bed. By day 2 I cleaned it when I noticed that the housekeeping didn't clean it.

The rooms are not soundproof at all and you can hear people talking through the night. With it being as busy in brussels as it is you struggle to sleep due to being able to hear other people in the hotel. Also payment for parking is additional which isnt clearly stipulated but then mentioned under the fine print.

I literally woke up to the sound of people typing on their phones in other rooms, the sound insulation was basically nonexistent. There was also elevator maintenance going on, which would have been fine, but starting it early in the morning when people are still sleeping is just not making sense to me.

I would avoid this hotel at all costs.

Our room was situated directly above the hotel bar. On the night of our stay, the hotel hosted an event that started at midnight to watch Brazil in the World Cup. The music and partying continued until the early hours of the morning, making it impossible to sleep. We got very little rest.

The following day, I raised the issue with reception. Instead of dealing with it, I was repeatedly told to come back later after the receptionist had spoken to management.

Eventually, management agreed to a partial refund of €150 as compensation for the disruption. However, despite multiple phone calls and promises, they have made no attempt to process the refund.

The lack of consideration for guests, combined with the poor customer service and failure to honour their agreed refund, has made this one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. I would not stay here again and would strongly recommend others look elsewhere.

Er was geen afgesloten bad/douche, die was naast het bed en dat is niet aangegeven en erg onprettig, zeker als niet-partners. Het was ook erg slecht aangelegd het sanitair want de helft van de kamer had flinke waterschade onder de vloer.

1. Lift is broken en AC was broken and NO SOLUTION nor compensation offered by the hotel. We need to go up to the highest floor.
2. When I called to complaint, the staff who begins speaking English, suddenly said he does not speak english and hang up on me. When I called again, het did not pick up. When I called with other number, then he picked it up and thereafter hang up the phone.
3. When he pick up, he said his colleague who speaks English will come within 10 min, but no one ever coming.
4 Information provided were not complete. Wifi said it is free, but apparently you need password and nowhere it is said the password nor it is being informed. Information about the number of reception etc is not being informed and no information provided in the room either.
5. Lots of noise from the renovation work in the hotel.

Elevador quebrado, frigobar quebrado, na última noite o ar condicionado parou de funcionar, no check out não tinha Ninguém na recepção com habilidade para falar inglês e me ajudar com o pedido de táxi, nem para tratar do envio da invoice, solicitada no check in e não recebida até agora.
