Pros:

Il soggiorno in questo hotel di recente costruzione è andato oltre le nostre aspettative. La camera è molto ampia così come il bagno. Colazione ottima con un buffet fornitissimo. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Staff accogliente e professionale.

Pros:

La camera e la Jacuzzi molto spaziose. Letto comodissimo. Colazione ottima, con grande scelta sia di dolce che di salato; buonissima la focaccia con le verdure. Personale gentile.

SOGGIORNO DA INCUBO: lasciata insaponata e senza una goccia d'acqua!

Se state cercando un hotel dove restare bloccati in doccia, coperti di sapone e senza un filo d'acqua, siete nel posto giusto. Un’esperienza che definire vergognosa è poco.
Non solo il dispenser del sapone era completamente vuoto, ma appena ho provato a sciacquarmi con il mio, l'acqua è sparita del tutto. Né doccia, né rubinetto, né sciacquone: il nulla cosmico. Mi sono ritrovata bloccata, mezza insaponata, senza potermi lavare né asciugare, con l'ansia di dover uscire per un appuntamento serale.
La ciliegina sulla torta? La reazione dello staff al mio ritorno. Con una superficialità imbarazzante, hanno liquidato il tutto parlando di 'problemi di pressione'. Nessuna scusa formale, nessun rimborso, nessuna proposta di sconto.
La spiegazione dello staff al mio rientro è stata al limite del ridicolo: 'C’è stato un calo di pressione perché troppa gente faceva la doccia contemporaneamente'.
Ma stiamo scherzando? Un hotel che non sa dimensionare l'impianto idrico? Quindi i clienti devono concordare un orario per lavarsi per evitare che il sistema collassi? È una gestione da terzo mondo, non da struttura ricettiva professionale. Praticamente ho pagato per restare sporca e vivere un disagio da terzo mondo in una struttura che pretende di essere un hotel.
Professionalità zero, igiene imbarazzante e gestione del cliente inesistente. Statene alla larga se volete almeno la garanzia di potervi lavare.

Siamo arrivati in tarda serata e il check-in è stato facile e veloce. Stanza ampia e pulita, letto big size , fantastico! Doccia altrettanto grande.
Colazione super , molto variegata con scelta sia di dolce che salato, una "chicca": un intero favo di miele da cui prelevare la quantità desiderata, e poi aceto balsamico di Modena, e altro ancora.
Nel corridoio esterno distributori automatici non solo di bevande e snack, ma di saponi, ciabatte, dentifricio o altre cose che qualcuno potrebbe aver dimenticato.
Il personale è gentilissimo e disponibile a dare informazioni su luoghi di interesse da visitare.
Ottimo rapporto qualità -prezzo.
Un posto scoperto per caso , ma in cui sicuramente torneremo in un prossimo weekend in zona.

Das Frühstücksbuffet ist wirklich grosszügig und es gibt alles, was man sich nur wünschen kann. Das Zimmer war immer sehr sauber und das Personal total freundlich. Ich kann das Hotel nur empfehlen, wenn man kein 5-Sterne-Haus erwartet, aber trotzdem Komfort und Herzlichkeit schätzt. Auch mit Hunde ist es ganz unkompliziert – man muss nicht mal für jedes Tier extra bezahlen, was wirklich nicht selbstverständlich ist. Wir waren für eine Veranstaltung in der Agility-Halle Dog City dort – das Hotel liegt nur etwa 10 Minuten entfernt
