The breakfast is flash. Volken was helping me for sorting out the best tour info and the restaurant recommendation nearby. Thank you for all the team's kind support during my stay there.
It was very clean and I can not stress enough how amazing the daytime reception is. He was absolutely incredible he said to come to him for anything and everything—I thought we were being ridiculous because my wife needed her eyelashes done and we had a language barrier. This man called the store for us and had them transport us to their shop themselves. He gave unfiltered advice about the area. I have stayed in many hotels over my life and hands down I have never received this much hospitality. My wife and I now have an inside joke even days after staying there when something comes up we need help with that we are going to call the reception of this hotel because he seriously was that helpful.
A very good hotel close to the main town-centre. We booked early and got a good rate. It's a non-Cave Hotel, but we felt you do not really need a pay a high premium for a Cave Hotel in Goreme! All the action in this small town is around the town centre - a very charming and happening small area. Lines of restaurants and gift shops - all beautifully decked up in the evening/night. You won't tire just roaming around this area all dfay/night :-). So you would not be spending a lot of time in the Hotel. Anyway, it has some open spaces and has a good/decent view. If the wind direction is right, you may see Balloons right up your balcony in the morning. Hotel is very clean and orderly.
Our room with balcony was large and well equipped. Sleep quality was very good. Staff is polite, but maybe a little distant. Breakfast spread was good.
If you want, you can book Airport transfers and other sightseeing through the Hotel, but of course at a premium. Otherwise, there are options aplenty in Goreme for everything.

Definitely recommended hotel at Cappadocia. Super clean rooms, designed rooms, staff very helpful, very nice garden area, delicious breakfast with many options. Location is perfect, walking distance to everything
