Nightclub next door - so don’t plan to sleep on a Saturday night!

The lady at the counter was so helpful and really kind central location right beside bud station really recommended

Was woken at 7am from the window cleaner then at 10.55 ish the fire alarm went off

It is very old beds very lumpy an squeaky breakfast wasn't great never slept a wink on friday night the noise was horrendous there were building work going on outside from 7.30 each morning not a good experience would not recommend.

Good location. Rooms were small. Older property. Serviceable but not modern or fancy. No elevator. Narrow stairwells. Decent breakfast provided.

Friendly and welcoming staff (Mick and Clare). Hotel Right in centre. Great for vibrant nightlife with friends if you don’t mind bit of noise.
I Left my jacket behind and Mick arranged to get it posted back to me next day. Great fry up for breakfast.

Very pleasant staff room very clean. If like karokee bar in hotel has it on bonius when bad weather stay in hotel bar

It was very reasonable priced with a friendly staff.

So we are two older lady best mates from Western Australia and stayed here the last 3 nights. The hotel is quirky and a bit old but there is something about it that we just loved.The staff are so friendly, our favourite was Shelley the gorgeous dark haired barmaid..She was just lovely and her service was exceptional . The breakfast was just fabulous, full English. Love the memorabilia everywhere of the Beatles. There is a bar down the side that played Karaoke till quite late, but the music was awesomeness but shut your window. We loved it and we would stay there again.

The hotel was in a very central location...easy to get to nearby nightlife and restaurants

Stay here whenever I’m in Liverpool. Superb value for money, and the staff are all very helpful. Fabulous breakfast included.

Happening area. McCartney Bar right below the rooms. So close to the Cavern Club.

Was ok but no lift stairs are no good for less mobile, room was ok but the bed in sure i was on a hill double bed so who ever was on inside near wall just side side way to your partner so not good the niose from party goers went on till 6.30 the the bin men road sweeps started EARPLUG was ano good so if a light sleeper and had a few drink i still heard everything apart from that the breakfast was spot on .

No frills well priced rooms. Great full English breakfast inc in the price. Great central location.

Very centrally located. Room was very basic, small TV and very small room. We could just about get past the furniture to get to the bed.
The bathroom was fine.

Staff were nice & friendly. Room was clean with a good sized shower 👍. Breakfast was lovely. And not as loud as I thought it was gonna be, slept well in a comfortable bed

Budget and you get what you pay for but my room was cleaned every day and the staff were great.
