The front desk staff and housekeeping staff were very good.
Pros:

Location. Coffee cream and sugar in the room. Complimentary bottles water when we arrived

Cons:

Failure to clearly communicate the actual accommodations for ADA. I emailed the facility 6 weeks prior to arrival to ensure the room and hotel could accommodate my handicapped husband; noted in email he used a scooter and walker to get around.

The facility’s reply to my email was misleading and contained in accuracies; had they answered directly and clearly about their limited ADA accommodations, we would have cancelled and sought accommodations elsewhere.

Instead we were stuck. While we adapted for our stay; it wasn’t the “beach/ocean get away” we had planned. 😔

Outstanding a 10
Pros:

Walking distance to the Strand. Was able to check in early. Had a balcony with views of the ocean one block away. Great location for the price. Parking is included which is a luxury. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. I love it 🥰

Cons:

I found nothing to dislike, they thought of everything from toothbrush to razor…. Omg who does that!!!!

The hotel is a good value if you are looking for a no frills place to stay. Location is excellent.
Pros:

Great location with a free parking garage!

Cons:

Requested an early check-in but the hotel charges extra for that which was disappointing.
