The location was apt to visit near by attractions. The room was quite spacious which was the highlight and the staff had been very helpful. The view from the room was not great which was the only drawback , but I will take it for the value on money I got for the spacious room and a friendly staff. And last but not the least , the food from the restaurant has been good as well that we didn’t had to hunt for any other restaurants nearby.
The view from the room; if the hotel can put some money cleaning up the rubbish from the back of the hotel; that would add up to their value.

A foul smell sometimes from the window
We liked the size of the room and food. While the food had less option, the taste was good. In room service and bar was a good deal as well.
The room was not tidy enough. We got foul smelling water in our bathroom along with blocked sewage. Even repeated complaints didn't solve it. Even sofa had stains on it.
The location is perfect in the heart of the city. Mr. R. Siva the GM was very helpful with the online correspondence for booking the room and welcoming us personally. Mani was very helpful in arranging the tourist vehicle for sightseeing and was overall helpful. All the staff were very polite and helpful. Clean room. The veg breakfast is good with many options.
Overall, it is a very good location and the facilities are excellent.
Maybe they can provide non-Veg breakfast. Make arrangements for socket and USB ports for international travelers'.

It was an good experience with vinayaka inn and excellent facikities and services to stay explore ooty.
As per the room, the picture shows on the website that it looks like a new one, but all furniture is very bad condition and not in the neat condition.
In my room, restroom lights are not working properly after given information. Also, they're not able to repair it.
Staff are very kind and professional, but the property is not worth it.
